Over all it was great! We got lost and the man was trying to find us and he did ! Ran a little late but i understand! Sometimes you are on time and sometimes you are late. Besides that area is very very busy so it's understandable. I had a great time ! The only thing that I didn't like was the rain :) and I got a freee mask ! :) that was nice 10/10

Do not book thru Viator. They sell you around the ring prices for “Gradas” tickets. Literally tickets say $100 pesos. (That’s the cost of gradas) but payed $1,955 pesos for 2, $977 each. A TOTAL RIPOFF!!! Will never use Viator again! And I’ll be posting on TikTok and Facebook! Ohh and you have to meetup outside an oxxo then walk to the Arena. They tell you 8:15 when it starts at 8:30. Have to wait for everyone to arrive, you end up arriving to outside the arena at 8:30 when is packed af. Gradas were pretty much full! Should be meeting at 8minimum. To get there 8:10-8:15.

During these past few weeks, because of the World Cup events taking place in the city, Arena México has been much busier than usual. Unfortunately, the arena has been overselling tickets, and because of the high demand, the only tickets we have been able to secure have been Gradas seats. This has also caused the sections to be much more crowded than they normally are.
Regarding the meeting point and time, we use a nearby location so the entire group can enter together. However, I truly appreciate your feedback about meeting earlier, and I will take it into account to improve the experience for future guests.
I would also like to clarify that the price of this experience is not only for the wrestling ticket itself. It includes the guided experience, assistance before and during the event, and the complete service provided through the booking platform.

Santiago was the BEST guide!! Super friendly and knowledgable. He went out of his way to accommodate my group and even showed us some amazing tacos afterwards. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone visiting Mexico City for the first time and looking to attend a Lucha Libre fight!

Communication is hit and miss …. Our rep was running super late to meeting spot so went to plan B and that went south as well for the communication was bad . Could not find one another (they should wear VIATOR gear to spot easier) . Needless to say , we got into arena late so seats Sucked !
