Smooth and Fun

Ivan was great from start to finish. Pickup was smooth; he came straight to my Airbnb to get me, and on the drive out he kept up a steady stream of information about the area and pointed out landmarks along the way. Once we got to the site, it was clear he loves talking about it and knows the history cold. He tailored the tour to what I was actually interested in rather than running a fixed route, and he got me back in time for an afternoon reservation without rushing anything. One tip for future bookers: there’s a lot of walking, and quite a few steps if you want the full experience. Wear the right shoes.

Amazing! Best experience in Mexico City!

Marco was great! Absolutely tailored the experience and gave lots of information but also let guests explore on their own. It was a perfect balance. Wondrous tour

It was lovely! 10/10 experience and was so organized and went super smoothly. My friends and I booked this experience the night before and we didn’t encounter any issues despite the last minute reservation. Our tour guide Carlos and driver Jose were the best. Carlos is very knowledgeable about history of the area and of Mexico. We were never rushed at any point giving us plenty of time at every spot to really enjoy the trip. Words really won't describe how beautiful this place is. The hot spring pools are incredible and feel amazing. The caves are super cool with plenty of great areas for photos. The river was a perfect finish to just sit and relax while the water flows past you. Highly recommend this tour.

Ernesto and Barbara were very friendly guides, very knowledgeable and sweet! Cesar was an amazing driver. This was an amazing experience! We made one stop on the way to Tolantango for breakfast, and then we went to the caves and the river. We then drove to the pools, where there is also a restaurant in case you want to have lunch/some drinks. You have plenty of time to relax and hang out which made this a very fun and chill activity. On the way back we stopped for pastes - a delicious pastry from Hildago - and then headed back to CDMX! A very full day, but incredibly fun!

Teotihuacan experience

Excellent tour and brilliant tour guide. Very knowledgeable. Everything flowed well and ran smoothly. The only thing I found inadequate was they had no one to contact when I lost wallet on the bus. I left messages, rang and did everything I could to get them to check the bus for me. I had no reply.

A special thank you to our guide, Paco, who was excellent throughout the day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and explained everything clearly while making the tour enjoyable and relaxed. Very enjoyable and diverse day

Wonderful day—Xochimilco and Frida Kahlo are must-sees along with a couple short stops and lots of history during the drive. The lunch was good (variety of options and live music). German and Sal were informative and friendly. Definitely recommended if you’re ok with larger bus tours.

Focussed/ amazing trip

We had an amazing time visiting the Anthropology museum and Chapultepec castle with our wonderful guide Jonathan. He told us amazing details about the important pieces in the museum. He knew a lot about the history and was very pleasant and polite. He helped us by giving some breaks, taking the pictures and giving us recommendations for different food places in the area. We were very impressed with his knowledge and kind manners.

Try to get Javier as your guide because he is very knowledgeable about the city, its landmarks, history, and culture. He also made sure every passenger had a great experience and was patient/accommodating for passengers who couldn't get breakfast so they could pull out cash. The tour itself does go by quick before its time to leave, so its a good way to feel out and get a taste if you want to stay more time in SMA. Thats what we did and ended up staying the night in SMA (not part of the tour but Javier and Viator made the process seamless).

Great trip! Guide was very knowledgeable and was able to communicate in both Espanol and English to the split tour. Driver was great and drove with care. Good experience at all 3 stops. Food stop was ok, lots of vendors at the artisanal shop and teotihuacan. But overall, learned a lot and had a great experience
