Our tour guide Aldo was extremely acknowledgeable about the history of the pyramids. He arrived on time, educated us on our drive from Roma Norte to the pyramids, and helped us navigate the vendor stalls at the entrance. Our tour package included a "happy hour" presentation that showcased the many uses of the indigenous cacti. A very special part of our tour was when Aldo took us to one of the surrounding neighborhoods that has been excavated. This site included some of the best preserved paintings in the area and no one else was there! It was only because he recommended this additional site that we were able to see it. Our driver Paco was equally cool and navigated the Mexico City traffic like a pro! Would highly recommend this tour company - our group had no complaints!

We were so pleased with this tour and with Jaime as our guide. Communication ahead of the tour through WhatsApp was excellent, and he picked us up directly at our hotel. We began with a peaceful weekday-morning visit to Xochimilco with just the two of us, Jaime, and our boat captain, Abraham. Jaime gave us helpful context about the history of Xochimilco and how Mexican families enjoy it today for celebrations. We also made a few stops along the way, including to see plants and for a brief pulque tasting. Going on a weekday morning was perfect for us because we wanted to experience Xochimilco without the party atmosphere. From there we drove to Coyoacán, where Jaime share the area's history while he walked with us through several blocks, showing us beautiful courtyards, back alleys, the market, and other details we easily could have missed. The tour included our tickets to the Frida Kahlo Blue House museum. Jaime had also given us useful suggestions about other Mexican artists and murals to look for during the rest of our stay in Mexico City. When we finished at the museum, Jaime was waiting right outside the exit with the car to take us back to our hotel. He was delightful throughout the day and brought exactly the right level of energy and enthusiasm to the experience. We are very happy we chose this private tour and highly recommend it.

It was very informative. It's much better to go with a guide since you get a lot of information about the areas if you don't know anything about it. Plus we got a bit more benefits since we stopped by the little store and tequila place before heading to the pyramids and that was very informative as well. We learned about the obsidian and rocks found in the area and how they're used now and before. Going to the basilica was also interesting seeing the churches and the portrait of the virgin of Guadalupe.

If you are looking for a quiet cruise down the canals learning about the local history this isn't it. If you are looking for two hours of fun with strangers this is your trip! So many options for booking a boat on the canals - I mainly wanted something not to long with drink and food and this was perfect. To be honest I thought this place would be one giant tourist trap but in the end it was an amazing experience I would recommend to anyone. Couple notes - it wasn't exactly clear on the meetup instructions - we got a google maps location that was 100% accurate but no further instructions and no communication when trying to message but when I arrived a young man came up to me do you have a reservation? Yes I do / I could see my name on his list he showed me where to wait. Just trust the process - soon enough there where as large group gathered waiting for further instructions. Soon enough our name was called like attendance in school - we were pointed to a boat to get on and the party decided / there was 4 full boats with this company that we ended up floating together on a 4 boat party barge / load music started blasting drinks started to get pass out and chaos assumed . We were blessed with a fun group that was ready to party on a Saturday Afternoon. Soon doing tequila shots straight from the bottle , endless drinks being poured - dancing and fun hanging with strangers. Every boat we went by looked sad they weren't on our boat that's how much fun we were having. - about an hour into the cruise we stopped to get our tacos aka taquitos that were absolutely delicious / we each got 4 each with all the fixings / at some point we stopped at another location to use the bathroom / bring pesos !!! - there was opportunity to buy other food and goods along the way - it was the right amount of time to be feeling great but not completely blasted to end the trip. The crew were professional, friendly and fun and never felt like I was getting pressured to do anything or buy anything I wasn't expecting. High recommend this booking Couple notes / use the restroom room before boarding / hydrate , and plan to hydrate when getting off Bring pesos - in general always have pesos on you for bathroom use / usually 10 pesos - it's easier to pay for purchases but many vendors on the canals had tap pay The music is loud if you don't like party music - skip this booking

A really great experience. The meeting location was a safe sport that was easy to get to. Alex, our guide, then took us to a fantastic bar where we sampled local drinks and music, told us some history and trained us in the art of shouting chants and wearing masks ready for the arena. He got us safely seated and, at the end of the event, he walked us all together back to our meeting spot where we could order Uber’s or walk safely back up the main road. Fab from start to finish, could not recommend enough.

Teotihuacan was amazing! Don’t miss this trip. Our driver/guide Daniel was prompt and drove a comfortable, clean van. We were blown away by the pyramids and the entire avenue of the dead. Daniel explained what life was like at the village and we went up the stairs to the temple of the Moon (crawl up and go down on your rear). We had a fun tequila tasting and ate a delicious lunch. A great day!
