This was one of my favorite days spent in Mexico. Carlos was so kind and he is very knowledgeable of the area and the history of Coyocan. The cultural center in Coyocan was also a favorite. It’s such a beautiful place. I enjoyed seeing how it brings the community together and helps senior citizens stay active by providing them a place to learn and experience different forms of art, music and literature. If you wish to visit the Frida Kahlo’s Casa Azul museum, this is the best way to get tickets.

What a Blast!!

Very well organized. Easy to find group. Great way to break the ice with some tequila shots or just limes for the non-drinkers. What a blast watching the luchadores. I like that return spot was different at Garibaldi plaza. 10 min walk to hostel with Holly Baby Jesus. Lol. Other solo foreigner travelers may not like that. Lots of people out and about this late at night around 9:45pm. 💯 Recommend this tour. Leo was great, funny and protective of his group. Love my gift!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Teotihuacan is breathtaking, and booking with this company worked out really well. Mario was our tour guide and Roberto was our driver—we were in good hands the whole time. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. The whole experience was very smooth. I highly recommend them. The cave restaurant was a great experience, one of a kind both in terms of decor and food. If you are visiting, this tour is a great option.

Nothing to complain. The guide (I unfortunately forgot his name) was really good and explained a lot. Don't book the lunch. there are loads of food options in Puebla and you get more time to wander around and explore yourself. Puebla itself is really nice. next time I come to Mexico I'll stay at least one night in Puebla.

Miguel Made the Tour Unforgettable!

I have never met such an amazing guide! Miguel was bursting with energy and explained everything in both Spanish and English. He showed us the best places, answered all our questions, and always made sure everyone was taken care of. He even learned the names of people from different countries in our group and addressed us by name throughout the tour! He shared so many interesting facts about both history and modern life, made us laugh, and was able to answer even the most difficult questions. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine passion made the whole experience unforgettable. I will always remember Miguel as the perfect guide. Great day in Mexico City

Good tour with Lili as our guide . She was knowledgeable and helpful . Did not feel rushed . Only thing we regrets is paying extra for amigo Tours to come and pick us up from our hotel . There is no need and we felt the cost was too high and driver arrived late to pick us up and the rest of the tour group had to wait extra 10 minutes for us to get to the bus . We almost missed the tour because of that .

An unusual review

We haven't done the experience with them, but we 100% recommend them!! Me and my partner scheduled the experience with the through aviator. Due to technical issues we never received the confirmation email (which we don't believe it was the operator's fault), so we thought it wasn't confirmed and ended up not going to the activity. Days later I noticed I got charged, and came to see it was confirmed. Here is where things get really positive: seeing all that, I contacted them asking for a refund. I wasn't very hopeful, but it was a lot of money for me and my partner. And to our surprise, they were incredibly understanding and fully refunded us. Also, since we were on a different country, I changed phones, and it wasn't until I was back that I saw that the operator even tried to contact us on WhatsApp the day of the activity to confirm things and give us information, unsuccessfully. So we are writing this review because we believe that is when things go wrong that we really see how good a business or an operator is, and they showed incredible service and respect! So we could not recommend them more if you want someone trustworthy and respectful!

It was a great experience! They picked us up right at our Airbnb. All of the staff and drivers were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the balloon doesn't actually fly over the pyramids like the pictures show, but you could see them from a distance. We did get to climb the temple of the moon! Overall it was a great day!

I absolutely loved this...

I absolutely loved this tour! Everything was very well organized, from the transportation to the hot air balloon ride and all the activities throughout the day. The balloon ride over Teotihuacán was an incredible experience, and visiting the pyramids afterward was amazing as well. I also really enjoyed the mezcal tasting and having breakfast inside a cave — both were such unique experiences. Our guide was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was an unforgettable day and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico City!

Such a dream! An absolute must.

Such an amazing experience, and SO glad I went, but be prepared. It's a LONG day! Three hours each way. While I didn't feel rushed, I would have liked to have had more time at the actual hot springs. If you're unable to swing it, this is a great option, but don't plan anything else for the day, as getting back will be difficult (think LA/ATL prime traffic gridlock). If you have a few days to spare, rent a car and stay at least 1 night to really enjoy it. Our tour guides were awesome! Took us to the cutest cafe to have breakfast. Best coffee ever! And went to an empanada shop on our way back. If you've never been and are limited on time during your trip to CDMX, it's 10000% worth going!
