It was a beautiful experience visiting the pyramids during the excursion. Having a meal in the grotto made it even more special. Our guide explained every corner of the site in great detail, which made the whole experience truly unforgettable.

AVOID!!!
I signed up this afternoon tour, waiting at the picking up point for 30 mins, nobody pick me up, no one answers the message and calls. Then somebody sent a message simply says: hello your tour is cancelled. They show no respect towards the client and COMPLETELY LACK THE SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY. Wasting people’s time without apology and prior notice. Shame on you.

We are sorry this was your perception; however, we would like to clarify what happened. Our team attempted to contact you several times by phone and message but received no response. The guide even sent photos and videos from the meeting point while calling your name, yet there was still no reply.
Despite our efforts and the disrespectful manner in which our staff were treated during the subsequent phone call, we still issued a full refund. We have records of the calls, messages, photos, and videos. We regret that we were unable to locate you, but it is inaccurate to claim that no one came or attempted to contact you.
This is a good tour of Teotihuacán and Mario explained everything. He had a lot of knowledge. Great no frills tour and perfect amount of time. We did the 8:10 and were back early afternoon in CDMX.

Great experience with Yair, he explained the history of Teotihuacan in detail and it was very interesting. Overall the trip is a good duration, we started from the morning around 7.20 to 7.40 starting from Mexico City and arrive when it was empty on the site and return around 14.00 back to Mexico City. There was 1 hour of free time.

We really enjoyed our trip with this tour. Omar was our bus driver and we had a smooth and safe ride both ways. There were two guides, Ruben and Yair, and both were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We’d recommend this to others if you want a no-frills tour that doesn’t suck you into a bunch of other tourist trap type places.

Took about an hour to get to pyramids and then spent about 3 hours walking at site. Having a guide was helpful to really understand what you're looking at.

If you want to learn about the history of the site, definitely take this tour. The guides are very knowledgeable. The site is amazing! My only warning is that there is a lot of steps as you walk through the site and that's not even climbing the pyramids. Definitely pack plenty of water, sunscreen and hats as they recommend. There were no commercial stops as promised; one pit stop on the way to the pyramids (as is normal in Mexico, make sure to have coins for the restrooms, although they were clean at the visitor entrance)

Pickup from the designated meeting point was well organised with several different tours going from the same place at the same time with different companies.
Our English speaking tour guide was easy to understand and the commentary on the bus was informative and interesting. Once at the pyramid site it was also interesting commentary and the walk around was well paced. We did not feel rushed.
Before leaving to return to Mexico City, we had the opportunity to use the bathroom and view a small museum on site. Our tour was on a Sunday so that was a nice surprise. On the return bus trip our bus broke down. We were able to get on another bus that did not take us back to our pickup point but that suited us ok as this was the morning trip. Others got an Uber and some were still on the bus when we left. Before the breakdown happened we were given a QR code to leave a review which I had not done so it’s possible this happens more often than reported in feedback - so be prepared. Everything else about the tour was great. Half a day was enough time to enjoy the pyramids and the scenic bus ride to snd from them.

Our guide Ruben/Ruven is excellent ... he is knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly and well spoken. The tour is well paced and we were given options at the end depending on each person's interest in climbing steps.

Mario and Rodrigo led our tour to Teotihuacán. They made it super easy, fun and informative. On the way there we talked about what we were going to see, and once at the archeological site, Mario taught us a lot about the different civilizations that lived in Mexico. He answered all of our questions and made the drop off back in Mexico City very easy. 10/10 would recommend!

I am so happy we selected this tour. The service was excellent from start to finish. We were picked up about 4 blocks from our Airbnb. The ride to the site was comfortable. And our guide was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and able to answer all of our many questions. I highly recommend this tour!

Magical visit. Perfect for anthropology enthusiasts. Our tour guide was English speaking and very informative. She also looked out for our safety and well being. Never was there any confusion or misinformation. Overall and an awesome experience and I highly recommend. Take note if you have mobility issues or heart problems the walk / stairs could be challenging.

An item that was left on the bus was never returned - even though we were told it was going to be returned . I would have appreciated an honest answer and not just s lie to appease us .

Yair and Omar did an excellent job. Omar took us there and back safely. Yahir was our guide, he was so attentive and impressively knowledgeable. I am watched several documentaries about Teotihuacan and yet Yair managed to teach me knew things about the site and culture of the people who once lived here. We also had plenty of questions that he was able to answer on the spot. I appreciate that the round tour is direct. They were mindful to stop prior we arrived to the site for restrooms and snacks. I also appreciate the schedule and logistics of the tour. We get to see every landmark in a comfortable flow.

The tour promised to avoid tourist traps, and that is correct. However, we didn't see any message saying to bring sunscreen and that water would not be provided. When we arrived at the site the tour guide covered himself with sunscreen and then warned us that if we didn't bring any, we'd have to purchase it at overinflated prices at the site.

A really easy way to see Teotihuacan. Yair and Ruben did a great job explaining everything we were seeing. I feel like without a guide I would have missed a lot (there’s not very much signage at the site). Omar, the driver, got us out there and back safely in a comfortable bus.

Julio Cesár was a fantastic guide. Engaging, patient, thorough and funny! He did a great job of making sure our kids (8 & 5) had a good tour, as well as making sure to accommodate those in our tour group that had more limited mobility. The transportation to and from the site was comfortable and prompt. We'd definitely recommend this tour to those wanting to visit Teotihuacán!

Friendly and knowledgeable guide. Pick up from our hotel was on time. Tour was around three hours, which was the perfect tempo for us. In this three hours you visit the sun, moon and serpent temple.
