Gret way to get back and forth to the airport!

Super easy to use. We just showed out Viator tickets to the person loading the luggage next to the bus and then again to the person waiting at the door of the bus. They found our names on their list and let us on board. Very smooth and easy ride. Drivers were all very nice as well!

Best excursion in Iceland

Our tour guide (Iounut) was awesome. He had a good sense of humor and he drove us safely around for many hours. He was full of unique information that made the trip enjoyable and we got to every location within a reasonable amount of time. This was by far my favorite excursion during my trip to Iceland.

Our driver arrived on time, was very friendly, and got us to the airport quickly. We had initially been booked on the flybus but the direct transfer allowed us to leave an hour later from our hotel and, with four of us in the car, it was only $5/person more expensive.

Exceptional from start to finish!

Organizing ship to airport transportation with Viator was smooth and easy. I particularly enjoyed the great communication after I was booked. Transparency was key confirming amount, payment, pickup location, and driver. I had several reminders from booking until pick up. Our driver Jamad, sent us a text that he arrived and was waiting for us. It was easy to locate him by the picture he sent, as well as holding our name up. He was friendly and personable. His van was clean! All great things!

Truly need to prepared...

Truly need to prepared for wide weather deviation during this 14 hr trip. We had sunny warm weather and windy + heavy rain during different times of the day/location. Sights were well worth the long drive. There weren't as many icebergs in Glacier Lagoon as the photos depicts but it's still a rare sight that we appreciated. Being able to stand behind Seljalandsfoss for a photo was worth getting wet/soaked (due to the wind blowing the water towards the path you need to walk pass to get behind the Fall).

Alex met us at the exit from customs right on time. He contacted me 2X before our flight to confirm our ride. He helped me with the luggage to his car. He was a very good driver. Excellent transfer option

After a long flight from the states smiling gracious Selam was at the exit patiently waiting for us as our flight was considerably delayed. The transfer to the Blue Lagoon went perfectly. Going to the Blue Lagoon was really fun and a terrific way to spend a few hours before checking in to our hotel. I would highly recommend this trip and ask for Selam, she was so nice!

A wonderful day

Karen was a wonderful driver and guide!! She has so many amazing stories about the area. Her expertise made a long trip very informative and enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour and especially this guide. The sights were great,though the beach didn't have " diamonds" today. Its very nature dependent, but seeing the glacier pieces in the bay was so beautiful! Keep an eye open you may see seals. The water falls were wonderful highlights! Especially the one lit at night. Excellent private shuttle/ tour service.

The shuttle service was on time, friendly, helpful. The day before our 6 people shuttle from Reykjavik cruise terminal to KEF airport we decided to include a 5 hr tour…they had no problem making the change and suggested a great tour with multiple stops. Our driver Sergio was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Would use them again…and highly recommend them.
