Lovely place, just takes a little while to get used to the egg smell. Staff all very pleasant and helpful which is lovely for a disabled traveler like myself. Sorted easy access changing room and any other help I needed no problem.

Return bus driver was a very bad driver and should not have been the one to drive in the type of weather that was happening. Also, contacted company to cancel another scheduled bus trip due to how bad this one was and am being told they won't do that even though it's due to their driver behavior.

In general, was a nice and efficient ride. Apparently, they don't cover the Blue Lagoon - Keflavik Airport route anymore, so the staff took care of booking me with a different provider. That was very nice of her :)

We met the bus at the BSi bus terminal. We checked in and the staff directed us to the bus to the Blue Lagoon. Comfortable and clean bus. Make sure you are clear as to what times the returns from the Blue Lagoon are. They can vary. Look carefully for your return bus in the parking lot. Make sure you are waiting a bit early as the buses can fill up on the return. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

I booked a bus transfer from my hotel to the Blue Lagoon without entry to the lagoon. The route was from BLI Station, and the return was to the same bus station. The driver suggested dropping me off at a nearby hotel instead of the bus station, which I accepted assuming it would take a maximum of 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the driver drove me to an inconvenient point that took approximately 30 minutes to reach my hotel, provided that I'm just a tourist and not familiar with the area. I regret that I trusted him and I should not have accepted anything other than my original plan, which is BLI STATION. The driver should take into consideration that I'm a solo traveler and tourist who is not familiar with city, and at least explain roughly how long it takes to reach the hotel and provide good directions instead of giving me another headache to find my place at night. This is not acceptable from a good service provider company like yours.

First time in Iceland and our travel agency only booked Vlue lagoon without transport .it was scary at first not knowing how will we get there. My daughter suggested Viator which I did and it was an easy ride and easy to book online. Blue Lagoon ticked off our bucket list!!!! Will use it again and will.definitely recommend it. Thank you!!!!

The drivers were efficient, helpful and timely . What we did not know was that you need to buy tickets ahead of time for a certain time slot to enter the Blue Lagoon . There were no tickets available when we arrived but after several attempts, they made an exception and let us in .

They do not clue you in to the fact that the meeting point is 45km away from airport and the bus cost $150EU on flybus to get to meeting point.

Purchased (for extra money) an add on hotel pick up - but this didn't get linked to our booking so nobody came - had to call the local company to sort it out and stand around in sub-zero temperatures. Our plan was to go to the Blue Lagoon and from there on to the airport - but the last bus for the airport left at 1:50pm which would have only given us 30 minutes at the lagoon! So we ended up having to get a taxi (over $100). Nowhere in the booking did it give the times of the last buses.

All seemed like a bit of a shambles. Tried to book a return journey from Blue Lagoon. Confirmation text was confusing, did seek clarification on wording but no response. On return there was no scheduled bus at the time allocated on my booking correspondence and there were two other groups of people there that were also waiting but were told they needed to wait another 1hr. I opted to pay again for seats on another suppliers bus.

Hello, my name is Katarzyna Kriger, date of birth 21-10-1999, the phone number I was contacting your company to book a tour to and from Blue Lagoon was +44 7593637563, I’d like to claim a refund due to a miscommunication that took place on the 8th of November. In the very morning I have called your company to book a tour at 1pm for two people to the Blue Lagoon from Reykjavik and back. The price was £80 for both ways for two people. I have also wanted to book a Blue Lagoon entrance with your company but the lady on the phone said, that by purchasing a tour ticket with your company the admission at the Blue Lagoon is GUARANTEED, I will only have to pay for the entrance at the reception once I arrive there. However once I got there, the reception at the Blue Lagoon said that this isn’t true, you have to prebook your Blue lagoon ticket in advance. I then called your company again to explain them the whole situation, the lady on the phone tried contacting one of the operators to resolve the problem, she said now everything is fixed, the operator will send me an email that will allow me to purchase a ticket to enter the Blue Lagoon, however I’ve waited for an email for so long with no result, I then called you company again, being on the phone for an hour with another person who eventually said to me that there’s nothing they can do but apologise and give me a refund of the £80 I have paid for the tour. I’m very disappointed due to the misinformation that was given to me, I would of planned my day differently if I wasn’t told that I’m guaranteed a space in blue Lagoon, I’ve wasted hours sitting there on the phone calling your company with no result and finally getting on the coach back to my hotel. I’m still waiting for an email from you company that confirms my refund that was told by the last person I spoke to.

We hd a great time, despite the bad weather. I'd say heavy rain and wind is part of the experience here. But, beat of all, our tour guide was AMAZING! Such a fun and knowledgeable person. I loved it. I'd recommend it to everyone. The landscapes are gorgeous and nature wild and breathtaking.
