Super easy to use. We just showed out Viator tickets to the person loading the luggage next to the bus and then again to the person waiting at the door of the bus. They found our names on their list and let us on board. Very smooth and easy ride. Drivers were all very nice as well!

The price was more expensive than booking on the shuttle website and was not flexible to alter pick-up location. Viator also refused a refund to book directly with the bus company to fix the issue. You are better off booking directly with Flybus.

It was easy and much cheaper than taking a private transfer to the airport. Your luggage goes in the hold and they drop you off right at the departures terminal.

It was an easy walk from our hotel, the bus left on time, it was a direct trip to airport, it was much cheaper than taking a taxi

Be at the bus station early as the bus was full during our early morning transfer. Trip was easy and efficient-probably as quick as a taxi at 1/3 the price.

Easiest way to get to out of the airport area to your hotel. A LOT less expensive than a taxi. Leaves every 30 minutes, they use the same bus stops that will take you back to the airport.

We were told that there would be a complimentary shuttle from the ship to the bus terminal, but one we arrived at port, we were assured that was no longer the case. We were told we would have to take a taxi (about $50 Cdn). So while still less than the ship transfer to the airport, keep that in mind

Didn’t end up using Viator because it got messed up. I spent 40 minutes on the phone and found out because Viator got things wrong that I would be charged more to fix it. I found my own transportation. Took me 3 hours to get to my hotel which was 40 minutes away!

Had difficulty getting a ticket that included pickup from one of the designated stops. Several attempts, with changes popping up at curb out, and ended up with a ticket from the bus station. The concierge at my hotel had to call the provider to add the pickup.

Everything was very smooth. Even I was scheduled for particular time trip online, they were taking me to the nearest bus since seats were available. And connections to the smaller bus at the terminal for hotel delivery worked well too. Busses were clean, drivers drove fabulously. Thank you for the service

We booked the 8:30am bus from the BSI terminal in Reykjavik. We arrived early- 8:15. Bus was already there so we all boarded and were on our way to the airport by 8:25. First class. Comfortable seats etc.

Make sure you have your luggage put in the buss boot. Make sure on you departure from Reyjkvic you check the departure time.

Easy to use Flybus service shuttle to and from the airport. We booked online, found the Flybus stop easily on exiting the airport and were on the first bus, no waiting, straight into Reykjavik BSI bus station.
