After a very long travel day and night it was nice to walk out of the airport to see the sign with my name on it! Our driver quickly realized we had more luggage than his car could accommodate and called to switch cars and that was accomplished before we got out to the parking lot. My husband has a collapsible scooter and with our 2 checked suitcases and 2 carryons we needed a van. Smooth ride to our hotel! It was so nice not to fight with the car rental lines or the bus ticket lines after traveling for 16 hours.

Our driver was waiting for us with a sign as we entered the main reception area of the terminal. He was polite and shared information regarding Iceland with us as he drove us to our hotel safely. It was an excellent experience all around. We will use this service again the next time we are in Iceland.
