Driver was on time, helped with bags, got us to our destination safely. Would recommend this service. Was pricey but worth it when one has little sleep on the plane and just needs a safe ride to their destination.

Having a driver ready to gather us at the airport and take us directly to our hotel was wonderful! After a long day of travel, the last thing we needed was to load onto a bus that would drop us in town to then transfer to another bus to our hotel. Yes, it would’ve been less cost but you get what you pay for!
Our driver was kind and shared some local history with us along the way.

Super convenient! Transfer was exactly as described and was welcomed after an overnight flight. This private transfer was so much better than taking the shuttle bus, which we did on the way back.

Safe & Reliable Option! Easy Transfer was the "tour operator". Unfortunately, we didn't get the name of the Romanian driver, but we had a 5:30 a.m. pickup and he was prompt (arrived a few minutes earlier) to our hotel. Fortunately for just 2 people, he arrived in a minivan which could accommodate our larger luggage. He was very pleasant, a SAFE driver, friendly & gave us background of the areas that we were driving by and made sure that we were familiar with the check-in/arrival process (since we weren't familiar with the airport). It was a nice option to have since options to getting to the airport are limited (in comparison to other countries/no Uber)

The transfer was on time with great arrival communication. Quickly into the ride we noticed the driver was moving between lanes randomly and we figured maybe he was just not paying attention. We realized he was actually falling asleep so we had to spend the full hour keeping constant conversation with him to keep him awake. Towards the end of the ride he completely fell asleep for an moment on the highway off ramp. We told him we were happy to stop so he can get some coffee. Overall a dangerous, stressful experience. Nice driver just was working in dangerous sleep state.

Had an early flight and didn't want to have the stress of figuring out bus schedules. It was more expensive but still about 40% less than hotel transport. Worked out great. Driver arrived on time helped us with our luggage and was very comfortable.
