Great experience. It's a...
Great experience. It's a must do when you are in the area. Katie worked with us as we were not experienced in riding the e-bikes at all. The wife did not feel comfortable and I didn't drive well with the wife on the back so Katie let her ride with her.

Take the leap
Our experience was great. We are a family of 8, kids were between the ages of 12-17 and this was everyone’s favorite activity. We ended up with private transportation, got there quickly, our driver took excellent care in showing us where to go, took things back to the car for us, was there when it was done, showed us where to go for lunch. The lunch was things like salad, pasta salad, rice, beans, pasta, chicken, pork, French fries, buns. It was served buffet style and came with water. After we finished up our driver took us to another stop where we chose to go in and see some monkeys. It was an added cost but we wanted to do it and there was no pressure. Then we rode back with plenty of time to stop at the port shops.
The hike was not challenging at all for myself or kids. My husband didn’t like wearing the water shoes to hike. They take frequent stops along the way so no one gets too overwhelmed. I would have preferred to just keep going but we were with a group of people and some were older. We weren’t part of the massive cruise group, which was nice. Just paired up with a couple of other small groups to head up the hill, I’d say there was maybe 16 of us total. Once at the top we were advised on how to safely jump etc. there was a line when we got to jump so our guide told us to do the water slide and then go back up and jump, which we did. I’m afraid of heights but wanted to have the experience and it was so fun. You just can’t think about the jump and psych yourself out. We had 2 jumps, I think we just did the 1 slide. Everything was so pretty. We also paid for the photos and a sweet guy followed us taking photos along the way. That was worth it in my opinion, otherwise you’re too busy having fun and forget if you risk bringing a phone or camera. The guide showed us many things with plants, fruits and animals on the walk back. It was a great experience, we’d all love to go back.

Definitely an adventure!
We truly enjoyed our experience- definitely for the fit and adventurous. The hike up to the waterfalls requires stamina, but they allow breaks and go slow if needed. The waterfalls themselves are not like movie waterfalls- this is NOT a sightseeing excursion, you are sliding or jumping at every waterfall. Our driver Leuri, our adventure guides Albert and 2 others, and our photographer Oliver were fun, lighthearted and good sports. The photography package was definitely worth it- tons of pics and videos!

Great time at Damajagua!
My best friend and I took our daughters, who are also best friends. We were running late and they kindly waited. Elizabeth met us and the driver picked us up. Took about 30 minuyes to reach our destination. We waited in the restaurant while the girls went to the waterfall with Tony, who took great photos and videos for us. The lunch provided was good but I really enjoyed the coffee stop on the way back to the ship. Excellent staff and would definitely recommend this vendor.

Absolutely incredible all...
Absolutely incredible all day adventure led by our amazing tour guide, Joel. Breathtaking landscapes, beautiful wildlife, and so much culture and history to observe. Each of the three stops had something unique to offer and were all wonderful in their own way.
The only thing I would note is that there's a significant amount of the day spent traveling in the bus from stop to stop, so just be prepared for that, bring headphones, etc. This is in no way a negative thing, just something that I myself wasn't prepared for.

Great experience - educational, fun, and helps with reef regeneration
Large delicious meal comes near the end of the excursion time. The snorkeling masks were of good quality - well fitting. I didn't feel badly that I had forgotten to bring my own. Fun and very attentive staff. The briefings on corral reef death and regeneration were interesting and imporant. 5% of what we pay for the excursions is given to help restore the reef.

Monkeyland in Puerto Plata, D.R.
Visiting Monkeyland in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic was one of the absolute highlights of our trip! It’s such a unique, interactive experience—especially if you love animals. The squirrel monkeys are incredibly friendly and will climb right onto your shoulders, arms, and even your head if you let them! It felt surreal having them gently take food right out of our hands. The staff was knowledgeable and guided us the entire time, making sure both the guests and the monkeys were safe and comfortable.

Incredible Experience
I went into this experience expecting some fun snorkeling and a lunch. It was so much more. After our guide Jorge got us onto the boat he introduced the crew and the experience began. There was music and drinks and everyone was laughing and joking. We got to the first snorkeling area and there were so many fish, they do bait some to give you a more up close experience, but there are a ton of fish anyways. Then we got back on the boat and went to a beach on an island where they opened up coconuts on the beach and made drinks. Then we moved on to another snorkeling area and ate lunch on the boat. It was delicious! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants not only snorkeling but an interactive and entertaining day with wonderful people. I will be doing this trip again next time I am here. Absolutely incredible!

Excellent choice
Impeccable, neat, pretty, excellent. My two kids and I had a blast , I am from Miami and I must say that this park is much better than Rapids at West Palm. It is a little expensive but for the service and experience is a must if your kids have never been to a water park.

Saona Island with Quetzal
It was an amazing tour from start to finish. Service was offered fluently in English, French, Spanish. We had zero issues with any aspects of coordinating transportation to and from our hotel. It was all done for us. We just had to show up at our hotel gate. The boat was perfect. There were only 26 participants in the tour with ample room to spread out and make yourself comfortable. I struggle with neck and back issues, and had no difficulty tolerating the catamaran ride. There is a full washroom on board. The snacks and meal were fantastic. Unlimited rum and beer/ beverages all day. Saona island was stunning. We had a great massage on the beach. We only wish we would’ve had a little more cash on us so we could’ve indulged in a longer treatment. The price of the massage ranged from $50-$90 per person. Everything was well organized. We felt safe and well taken care of all day long. We made many new friends from all around the world. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to journey to Saona island.

Best tour operator with awesome staff
We had the most amazing experience. Richard and his team went out if their way to make our day special. My 55 year old niece had never snorkeled before and our guide was super patient, calm and tender to help her experience the underwater world. We cut our snorkeling short in lieu of being able to set up a massage ( 5 stars as well). So besides snorkeling we had time to shop in Sosua Bay, massage and had another stop over at Cofresi Beach. We were back at port by 3 pm and still had time to experience the Amber Cove Pool (Tour duration was about 6 hours). We were obviously a small group but I would also recommend him for private tour)
