So unorganized. All the vehicles were poorly maintained — most were being hot-wired just to start. The steering was terrible; there was so much play in the wheel it felt like trying to play Call of Duty on 400 ping. It was extremely unsafe at higher speeds. It was so bad that one guy lost control, slammed into a wall, and was launched out of his buggy. That happened within the first minute of the ride, and he tore his arm up badly.
The first stop was only a minute up the road and was nothing but a money grab — selling cocoa powder, vanilla, rum, Dominican Viagra, etc. Five minutes later came the next stop — another giant money trap. The second you arrive, you're swarmed by shopkeepers aggressively trying to sell you everything they can. They bombard you so much that you lose time to actually swim in the cave. By the time you're done dodging them, you get maybe five minutes in the water.
The trail itself? It wasn’t what we were sold. It was basically a dust-filled desert with a tiny man-made stretch of shallow water and mud. About 95% dry dirt and 5% actual mud.
Between the poorly maintained, unsafe buggys, money grab tourist traps, and the god awful trail, I can't say I recommend this.

Many delays and little communication or direction. The experience of the region via ATVs was very nice way to get around. The cave was nice visiting. Lots of small shops salespersons. The low price is a good fit.

Everything was good except the swimming in the cave, too crowded in the water, can be dangerous for swimmers that don't know how to float. Recommend staff to control traffic flow in the cave, so no future accidents happen

This was my first experience of riding an ATV, my last was a buggy which l felt l had more control of....
l didn't feel so confident plus my ATV kept cutting out. It was swopped over with another ATV which was fine but I told one of the guides l didn't think this was going well for me so he kindly took over and l rode as a passenger, which was fine for me.
We stopped off at the beach for a while, and one of the caves which you could jump into the water if you liked, there were other holidaymakers doing the same thing, and l rode the short trip back myself, l thought the experience was great, and be prepared to get dirty, driving through water filled ditches due to the rain which added to the excitement...the time was well spent and l thought good value for money...l intend to do this again on my next travels, and hopefully l will be more confident to ride the ATV on my own...
