The pickup time will be between 30 to 45 min depends of the area you are staying. You will be picked up with a minivan and the driver will have the name of the lead traveler in the booking as a reference. The pick up will be from all the Hotels in the selected area.

The E-bike tour is a MUST DO. Katie was a great tour guide. Very informative on all the places we visited and the lunch. The lunch was GOOD, first time having that kind of food and it didn’t disappoint!! Don’t hesitate to book it was very fun.

Great experience and tour guide was amazing. Bikes were easy to operate. We did ride with the locals but it was safe ride thanks to the 2 tour guides.

It was a great tour with a great tour guide. We took the scooters to downtown Punta Cana then a boutique shop then a restaurant where we had empanadas and then went to a peaceful park. Felt like I was a local for the day!

Great experience. It's a must do when you are in the area. Katie worked with us as we were not experienced in riding the e-bikes at all. The wife did not feel comfortable and I didn't drive well with the wife on the back so Katie let her ride with her.

This was such a fun experience! Katie was a great guide and very patient in teaching us how to ride the bikes safely. (I am a slow poke). All of the stops were great and allowed us to see and learn more about the Dominican Republic outside of our resort. I would definitely recommend this excursion.

Great experience. Super fun riding the e bikes! Shopping by the beach was a little overwhelming. But we found a few things to take home! Empanadas were yummy! Waiting for transportation took a little longer than I would have liked. Katy and Nelson were amazing and so kind!

Great experience! I highly recommend this tour. My son and I had an amazing time on the Guided E-Bike City Tour. The bikes were easy to learn and ride, even for beginners. The guides were patient, knowledgeable, and focused on keeping everyone safe throughout the experience.
The tour offered a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation, making it enjoyable and exciting without feeling overwhelming. Each stop showcased a unique side of Punta Cana, giving us a chance to see and appreciate different aspects of the area. It was a fun, memorable experience and one of the highlights of our trip.

This was an amazing experience! It was my family and I’s first time riding e-bikes like this, and the instructors did an incredible job making us feel comfortable and confident. They gave us plenty of time to practice before getting started, which made a big difference.
The stops along the way were great—not too long, but just enough time to enjoy the surroundings and even pick up a few souvenirs. And the empanadas were absolutely amazing!
I would definitely recommend this excursion to anyone looking for a fun and memorable experience.

This was a fun experience, loved how patient Katie was with us when teaching us to ride the E-Bikes. Which can be a tad bit scary in the beginning if you aren't very familiar with them. Enjoyed all of the different stops, and the chicken empanada's were the absolute best that I've ever had! I would highly recommend this excursion, she also took tons of pictures.

The practice area was small for training a large number of people. The motor bikes were in decent condition. My helmet was dirty though. Nice experience once we got going, even though I almost got hit by a car and my niece crashed.

This was a fun day. Our guides, Katie & Nelson, were very friendly
& conscientious. They gave us a short, but thorough lesson on the bikes in their lot before hitting the road. We were a little leery of being out in traffic. However most of the local drivers were respectful & tolerant of us. And the bikes were actually pretty easy to ride after you got used to them. We enjoyed getting off the resort for a day and seeing some of the local area. We especially enjoyed our stop at Bibijagua Beach. We picked up a few neat souvenirs there, and enjoyed just walking around. The vendors there were friendly & easy to deal with. Several seemed to know Katie our guide, so I'm sure that helped. The reasonable tour price included p/u & return to our resort. Overall a very enjoyable time. We will do this again on our next trip to Punta Cana.

This is a great experience. Katie was very knowledgeable. We stopped at 4 places to experience the culture. We had a brief safety lesson. The bikes were fun and shaped like a Harley Motor bike. It was fun. Katie took pictures of us along the way and at the end of the tour she shared the pictures to our phones. Great way to save and enjoy your experience all over again.

Our guided e-bike excursion through Punta Cana was, without a doubt, one of the most enjoyable and well-rounded experiences of our trip. From start to finish, it struck the perfect balance between adventure, cultural exposure, and relaxation.
The day began with thorough and clearly communicated safety instructions. What stood out immediately was the professionalism and patience of the instructors—they took the time to ensure everyone felt confident and comfortable. We were given the opportunity to practice riding in a controlled area before heading out, which made a noticeable difference, especially for those who may have been new to e-bikes.
Once we set off, the experience truly came alive. Riding through Punta Cana with the breeze coming off the coast was refreshing and invigorating. The weather could not have been better, and the wind while riding only added to the overall enjoyment. The excursion itself was thoughtfully planned, with a variety of meaningful stops along the way. We had the chance to do some local shopping, enjoy an authentic Dominican lunch, and spend time unwinding at the beach.
One of the more memorable moments was visiting a park where we saw turtles in a pond—an unexpected and peaceful highlight that added a unique touch to the day.
What truly elevated the experience, however, was the quality of the guides. They were calm, patient, and highly knowledgeable, offering insight into Dominican history and culture in a way that felt natural and engaging rather than scripted. Their demeanor created a relaxed atmosphere that allowed everyone to fully enjoy the experience.
My wife and I both agreed—this excursion easily earns a 10 out of 10. It was exciting without being overwhelming, informative without being heavy, and fun from beginning to end. If you’re visiting Punta Cana and looking for something active yet culturally enriching, this is absolutely worth your time.

Kathy was amazing! It was our first time riding so she made sure everyone was comfortable before going out on the streets. She even accommodated 2 from our group that still wanted the experience but didn’t want to be the driver. We got to sightsee, shop, and eat! Would definitely recommend.

This is an excursion to do for all adults! Our tour rep was Katty and you couldn’t ask for a better leader. Friendly, knowledgeable and kind! Was a little nervous about the traffic but after practicing riding the bikes in the parking lot the confidence grew and the anxiety left. We followed Katty to a beautiful gift shop where the employees were welcoming and then to bibijagua which is a building full of vendors. Can be a little pushy but did buy a few things and they were very grateful. It is their source of income and love to support them instead of store. We then went into town and had empanadas at a small authentic restaurant and the best empanadas that we have had. The last stop was a park that had fish and turtles and statues in a beautiful natural environment. Absolutely breathtaking and peaceful. The excursion cost was minimal for the adventure and really could cost more and still be well worth the adventure. Hope Katty and the e bike adventure all the prosperity and success. 1. We got there and the little office you are taken to is pretty damn dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. My wife needed to use it but there wasn’t even a toilet seat!
2. It was advertised as beginner friendly and it is not(at least for us). The e-bikes have a very touchy throttle. If you ride it is probably pretty easy.
3. We opted not to do the tour for safety purposes and was told we had to wait hours in that crappy office before someone could take us back to the hotel. We opted to get an Uber and get the heck out.
4. After conversation with Viator the operator only refunded 1/2 our money. We escalated the situation and are still waiting on a response from Viator.
So all in all very disappointed in this tour. We have used Viator exclusively and still most likely will but disappointed this tour was not vetted better.

Your wife could drive the bikes perfectly it was you that were not able to drive and you were offered to ride with one of the tour guides which you denied. 3. As you can imagine the driver drop off the customers at the office and pick them back after the tour, when you decided that you guys will not do the tour we call the driver and he told us that he will be back but need to wait for him. 4 Reference refund, we from our part has complied with every thing set in our listing and we have costs in advance for every customer with pickups , snacks etc however we refund you 50% which we believe is fair enough taking into consideration the investments we already did for your pickup , paying snacks etc. Hope you understand this.
