The tour guide picks you up at 7:15am and it was a lot of waiting on a bus, waiting on more people, and then waiting again. We didn’t get on the “speed boat” until 11am. We stopped to be in the water for 30 minutes then went to the island and only got 2 hours there. Super touristy, food was not good, so many people. It was an hour and a half boat ride back. Then waited around for a bus, we paid for a taxi to get back or it would have been turning a 1 hour car ride to a 3 hour bus ride.

good afternoon. the departure time from the meeting point is at 8:30 am ,your hotel is far from that place and we have to collect other people . some times people are late and it makes us wait longer for them .even if you go straight to the meeting point ... we have to wait for the rest of the people ,we have customers from different areas . in Bayahibe the Marine let the people depart after 10:15 am ,but not all the boats leave at the same time to avoid a situation. remember that we have to travel from Bavaro to the Caribbean side .

Great experience! The staff were very responsive and quick to answer our questions. Drinks like Coke, rum, and water were included on the boat, and basic food was provided on the island. Everything was well organized and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

We were completely lied to! We were told we would be back at our hotel at 6 and we ended up getting back at 8:30 and missed our dinner reservations!!! The food they give you is horrible and all the offer for drinks is rum and coke ! No variety. We kept asking when the catamaran would be back to pick us up and at first it was 2:30 then 4 then 5pm! We left at 5:30 with a group of people on a catamaran that had over 100 people . We had to sit on the floor . Horrible experience. Would not recommend !!!

Good afternoon. If you read our description says very clearly , Rum, soda and water . They gave you more times at the beach , because there were a lot of people running away from the seaweed at the hotels . It has never happened before and as you can see… we did something that we are not used to do … giving you a private transportation without any extra charge thinking that you were going to be at the hotel by 6:00 pm . If you read all our reviews , you can realize that everyone gets to the hotels on time . It happened this time and also we will make sure that our customers get the 2 1/2 hours at the beach AA it is written here and not 5 1/2 hours as you had this time . A lot of people anre andking for extra time and you had it by mistake and this is your reaction , we understand you , but we didn’t know that you had a dinner reservation, you were asking at what time you were coming back apparently, but we had no knowledge of your reservation. again …. Our apologies and God bless you and your Family

Excellent walk. Very qualified guides. They speak all languages. I recommend. The ride in the catamaran was very fun. The natural pool is beautiful. Beautiful beach too.
