Impeccable, neat, pretty, excellent. My two kids and I had a blast , I am from Miami and I must say that this park is much better than Rapids at West Palm. It is a little expensive but for the service and experience is a must if your kids have never been to a water park.

I loved El Dorado! It has several slides, lazy river, “beach” area, lagoon, and lake- allows for canoeing. Lockers/ towels are available to rent for a price. Most transactions required cards just a head up- cash can be utilized though.

So we got there around 9 had a easy check in process, everything was great maybe outside of the food variety i think the only not really bad but i'd say inconvenient thing was not being able to be picked up before 5 because we finish everything around 2/3 and was hoping to stall the day out in the wave pool but got bored pretty quick and just chose to uber back instead of waiting

The water park itself was super fun and the slides felt super safe with the amount of lifeguards around but honestly the transportation was a little bit of a mess. We were told a time but the driver showed up like 30 minutes after so me and my partner were sitting in direct sunlight while others were still enjoying the park.

Clean? YES! Bathrooms were spotless and did not smell of urine. There was someone always inside cleaning. Slides were clean, floor was spotless everywhere.
Line? No! Barely waited more than 5 min for anything.
Safety? On point! There’s life guards EVERYWHERE. Even at the end of slides there were at least 2 gaurds.
Food? Affordable. I come from NY, so food is 2x the amount at water parks. This was reasonably priced and tasted great. 5$ for loaded fries? And a burger WITH fries was around 14$. Not bad at all, compared to other water parks.
Transportation: on time! Great seats, AC, and plugs for your phones to charge.
Overall, amazing park, worth the rides, worth the money. Oh! And staff was nice too, they’re pretty funny

Nice park, all the rides were great!!!
Buy the pictures, won’t regret it. Whenever you see the camera guy try to get your pictures taken. Pictures last forever and not too expensive.
The American Express perks were okay, you get a VIP wrist ban with exclusive parking and a cabana/hut which was great when you want to sit down and cool off, with this you also get a dedicated server to get your food from the restaurant which came in handy as the sun out there doesn’t play😂😂
Paying with Amex also gets you 10% off all food and beverage items.
The rides were great, the park was empty so we did them over and over. The step to get to the top are exhausting 😂😂

We had an amazing day at El Dorado Water Park. The place is absolutely beautiful and plenty of space and sunbeds. The slides are great fun and there was no lines. Food was also good. Pick up organised by the hotel was good and on time. Only discounted a star as you can't bring in your own water which I think is outrageous, especially when it is 4 dollars a bottle inside!
Overall though a brilliant day and I'd definitely recommend it to everyone.

I would strongly suggest not to get the transportation service for this excursion.the park opened at 10am. Our driver said we need to be ready at 8:40am we made stops to get other people, but still arrived at 9:12 so we had to wait for the park to open.I asked the driver what time he was coming back and he said 5pm. Tbh, the park is cool but it only has 8 slides. It’s not worth being there 7 hours at best, a person should be there 3. We wasted all day there just lounging to waste time and the food is not all that. All in all, I would come again but definitely on my own terms and not through a transportation service.

Mixed experience.
Pros -
- 4 decent rides.
- Spotless facilities and plenty of staff.
- Lots of choice of food and drinks and sunbeds and places to sit.
- Alcohol served if you fancy.
- Lockers for you to put your bits in (at a charge)
- Airconned vehicle and easy drive.
- Zipline included in admission and whilst small for some is a great addition to the park. I'm scared of heights and even I went on and really enjoyed it.
- Bamboorant did make and serve my Mom a mango slush which wasn't on the menu which was kind. Also loaded fries were good.
Cons -
- Ate at the Bamboorant restaurant and the food was naff (moderately to overpriced - had the chicken burger) and the lady who served us only spoke Dominican. And yes I understand I'm not in England but she could not even understand words for things like water. However they did give us some pico de gallo free of charge when asked.
- Complete lack of rides and some appear the same. The wave pool gave out very small waves. The mat slider and two large tunnel rides were by far the best. Aside from this we really struggled for rides.
- Had to wait an extra 10 minutes for a Spanish/Mexican family and 25 minutes on their return which was annoying as everyone else was there on time so I don't know why the driver didn't just leave them?
- Seems like they opened the park too early as there is still alot of works going on.
- Lazy river is as lazy as my bathtub.

My best friend and I had so much fun. The park isn’t complete yet but what was available was so much fun we didn’t want to leave. I can only imagine once it’s completed. Would definitely recommend!

We had a really great day at the water park and would highly recommend it to anyone. I won’t deny that it is quite expensive to get in but at least we didn’t have to queue on anything and this meant we got our money’s worth. I personally loved the lazy river, it was great fun going around as a family. I also like the beach area where the water changed from calm to waves. It was a good place relax and have fun at the same time. The kids (19,19,17 & 16) all loved the slides, especially the mat racer. It was good to have the option to go as a single rider or a double rider for the less confident members of my family. The food was pretty good to and really reasonable prices for a water park. We expected to be fleeced when it came to drinks and food, so were pleasantly surprised when waiter gave us the bill. The waiter service was brilliant and prompt and the lockers for the day, reasonably priced. A good day all in all.
