Great experience. It's a...
Great experience. It's a must do when you are in the area. Katie worked with us as we were not experienced in riding the e-bikes at all. The wife did not feel comfortable and I didn't drive well with the wife on the back so Katie let her ride with her.

Super fun experience!
Our driver was great! Aribel was safe and pointed out sites to us along the way. He was always there waiting on us and even went out of his way to take us to a stop not included, which was amazing. Such nice people at every place. The waterfall was amazing; the guide (Moreno) has been doing it for 30+ years! The hike up was strenuous, and had to take breaks, but they are very patient. Hire a photographer to get fun pics of you! Once you get to the waterfalls, the hike is worth it! Lunch spot was delicious, we enjoyed the authentic DR meal. Totally recommend this experience, our family had an amazing time.

Highly recommend!
Our tour guide Omega was outstanding! He was fun, friendly, and kept the group entertained throughout the tour. He was also very helpful, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or assist anyone who needed help. What impressed me most was seeing him stop to help a woman on the side of the road. That act of kindness spoke volumes about his character and showed that he genuinely cares about people. Omega made our experience memorable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great tour guide.

One of our best days!
While staying at an all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana, we wanted to go outside the "hotel zone" and experience more of beautiful Dominican Republic. This 3-in-1 excursion let us do just that! The stop at Montaña Redonda was quick, but included a thrilling ride up the windy mountain road, then amazing panoramic views of the valley below. The boat ride through the canals of Los Haitises National Park, lined with mangrove trees, was fun and beautiful. Then, the hike through cool caves with ancient petroglyphs was something special. And the last stop, at the Rancho Salto Yanigua Waterfall was the perfect end to the day. Our guide, Carlos, had told us from the start that "everyone in the DR is family" and that's the kind of welcome we received. The food was amazing, the swim in the waterfall pool was cool and refreshing, and the climb up to Tarzan's Treehouse was exhilarating. It was a long day, but the bus was air conditioned and pretty comfortable. Our driver, Jimmy, was great with the sometimes not great roads and all the "sleeping police" we encountered (Carlos' name for the MANY speed bumps!). It was great learning from Carlos about the history and culture of the Dominican Republic throughout the day. It really added so much to the experience. ♥️🇩🇴 We highly recommend this excursion!

Fantastic Family Trip
All around great trip. They came and picked us up without any issues and got us there on time. We were transported to their area where they gave us a rundown of the coral from their marine biologist to give us an understanding of what to do. Then they gave us a safety rundown and had us sign papers. We were taken to the boat after, and ended up getting the whole boat to our self which was unexpected but AMAZING. The staff on the boat was so friendly and served us so well. The snorkeling was a lot of fun and was an experience my family thoroughly enjoyed. The food tasted fantastic and we all enjoyed it. My wifes waterproof phone case broke off her neck in the water while we were snorkeling and they sent out a team to search for it from the boat and THEY FOUND IT! Saved the day! All around one of the best excursions I've ever done. Do not hesitate if you're considering this tour. We did it with 3 adults and an infant with a stroller and they exceeded expectations. Tip them well!
Of course you do have to pass the people trying to sell you everything they've got. Just say no gracias and move on.

El Dorado Water Park
I had an excellent time at El Dorado Water Park in Punta Cana. The park was clean, well-maintained, and offered a great variety of attractions for both relaxation and excitement. The slides were thrilling, the lazy river was perfect for unwinding, and there were plenty of areas to just sit back and enjoy the atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It can be a little confusion because most of the workers does not speak English,
Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend El Dorado Water Park to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

Monkeyland in Puerto Plata, D.R.
Visiting Monkeyland in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic was one of the absolute highlights of our trip! It’s such a unique, interactive experience—especially if you love animals. The squirrel monkeys are incredibly friendly and will climb right onto your shoulders, arms, and even your head if you let them! It felt surreal having them gently take food right out of our hands. The staff was knowledgeable and guided us the entire time, making sure both the guests and the monkeys were safe and comfortable.

Good fun. Great vibes
The music was good!! The vibe was great and the drinks were flowing!! You have to walk through waist high water to board the boat, but the crew will be there to assist. Once we arrived at the location, the company had a guide, Eddie R., that stayed with us from the moment we left the van to the moment we returned.

Epic Adventure! Panda saved the day after a pickup hiccup. ATVs, Cenote, Beach Lunch, & amazing local coffee/chocolate!
We had a bit of a stressful start to our morning. We were scheduled for an 8:25 AM pickup, but the driver didn’t find us in the lobby and left. However, the company handled the situation professionally and promptly rescheduled us for the 11:20 AM tour the same day. We were so relieved they could fit us in so quickly!
Once we got to the site, our guide Panda took over and he was absolute magic. His energy is infectious and he made sure everyone was having a blast from start to finish. It had rained earlier, which made the trails nice and muddy—perfect for ATV riding—but the weather was beautiful while we were out.
The Highlights:
The Cenote: We stopped at a breathtaking cave cenote. Jumping into the crystal-clear water was so refreshing!
Local Flavors: we tried authentic Dominican chocolate and coffee, which were both excellent, plus a taste of Mama Juana.
The Beach: Our last stop was a beautiful beach for a swim and some relaxation.
Important Tips for Future Riders:
Bring Extra Cash: This is my biggest piece of advice! Lunch at the beach is available to purchase and is not included in the tour price. Also, I really regretted not bringing more cash for tips. The guides like Panda work so hard (especially fixing our pickup issue), so come prepared to show them some love!
Gear: Bring towels and a waterproof/dustproof bag for your phone. You will get muddy, and you'll want dry things for the beach.
Despite the early morning hiccup, this turned into a 5-star day. If you’re looking for a real Dominican adventure, ask for Panda!

Saona Island with Quetzal
It was an amazing tour from start to finish. Service was offered fluently in English, French, Spanish. We had zero issues with any aspects of coordinating transportation to and from our hotel. It was all done for us. We just had to show up at our hotel gate. The boat was perfect. There were only 26 participants in the tour with ample room to spread out and make yourself comfortable. I struggle with neck and back issues, and had no difficulty tolerating the catamaran ride. There is a full washroom on board. The snacks and meal were fantastic. Unlimited rum and beer/ beverages all day. Saona island was stunning. We had a great massage on the beach. We only wish we would’ve had a little more cash on us so we could’ve indulged in a longer treatment. The price of the massage ranged from $50-$90 per person. Everything was well organized. We felt safe and well taken care of all day long. We made many new friends from all around the world. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to journey to Saona island.

Real Vibes
Niceness from start to finish!! Safety is prioritized, a grand time was had! The drinks were flowing in a vibrant party atmosphere... a live dj would've been an added touch. Once we got to the party stop with the other boats, it was lit!! Buy anything you want because they accept apple pay in the water, lol. The onboard professional photographer will snatch your soul with amazing shots to capture moments and memories of a fantastic trip!

We had a great time...
We had a great time traveling with panda. He made sure our trip was safe and awesome. Also, we stop at some awesome spots to experience the Dominican culture.
P.S. be aware of the vultures along the way offering things to buy simply tell them no gracious if not interested
