Me and my friend had an AMAZING time. The drinks were delicious and had us feeling good. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We were dancing and drinking the whole time with the staff. The music was a good mix of hispanic and american music which was nice . Only downside the water was a bit rough to go snorkeling so we just stayed on the boat which was fine. But when we got to natural pool the water was calm and we were able to get off and have lots of fun dancing and drinking. Be aware of the vendors trying to sell stuff for insane prices… i had one vendor grab my foot on the boat to get me to buy hookah and tacos. Overall we had an amazing time and i highly recommend you book this excursion and have funnnnnn

When I tell you this was the best boat party I could possibly imagine !!! There were different boat parties and when the time came to choose I ended up choosing this one for me and my partner and some friends we traveled with. I did not think it would be this much fun! I didn’t even know that we would also be snorkeling! That was a great surprise and I also didn’t know we would get off the boat and party in the water with a bunch of other boats! We had unlimited drinks and some fresh fruit and chips ! We had an amazing time and met some cool people. Music was great too! Very Hip hop and great for tourists but also a touch of some Dominican dembow which was nice since we are DR. I do have some people I have to shout out because you can end up going on a different boat with different people but this was the staff on my boat and I absolutely LOVED them!!!

This was neither a party boat, nor an expedition boat. Trip is overrated. I wouldn’t book with them again. Provider pictures are misleading. Boats are run down. They are not catamaran. Music was bad, and blasted loudly. Alcohol was cheap. The only positive is the Staff, they deserved 5 stars. Rest deserves 0 stars. Don’t go if you are under 45 years old.

I’m sure it’s popping in high seasons but our boat was quite meh for the first bit. It’s kinda hard to rate it as it’s passenger dependent. But the crew were fantastic, the drinks were flowing and they really picked up the mood for our group. Eat before coming as all there is to eat is nacho chips and salsa but the team were so welcoming and brought energy to an otherwise dead group.

The transportation there was pretty good, service as well was great. The team was very lively and worked to make the guests comfortable. I give it 4 stars due to music. While staff are familiar with local music, there should be more awareness to what guests/tourist listen to so that the experience can be better for guests.

We had a great time on this excursion during our honeymoon! The boat was spacious, the drinks were delicious, and the vibes were great. You could party/dance on the main deck or just chill on the upper deck, which was nice to have options. The snorkeling was great - there were SO many fun fish! And the natural pool we stopped at after was great too - it was shallow enough to just chill in the water, and they had a floating bar which was so fun, and there were some people with monkeys and parrots and such walking around in the water. Overall we had a super fun time. They also provided transportation to and from which was pretty good. We would recommend this excursion to others!

It’s not really a party boat but more like an ocean party where all boats meet up in the middle of the water and play music. Overall experience was ok….i paid for pictures on the boat and never received my pictures so I feel that was a scam!! I tipped and everything and still no pictures and the photographer took my name phone number and email. Still have not received anything and can’t find out how to get in touch with them…

I think the process to embark and disembark should be reviewed but overall this trip was nice. Staff was very fun and kept the party going with good music and drinks. When we arrived at the area where all the boats met up and you could get off the boat and get food and buys souvenirs that was fun also. I'll definitely do this again.

The actual boat tour was excellent! The problem was transportation, they didn’t have good communication. The driver came to my hotel didn’t call but took a video on the lobby with me sitting in it. When I called to advise we wasn’t picked up they told me to catch a taxi, which cost me $35, and told me it wasn’t their problem. Then when leaving they told us to meet them at a specific pick up spot which we waited at over 40 minutes.

Our transportation was there and he picked up other customers from this same hotel in the main lobby we gave you a specific pick up time for being there to get picked up. Unfortunately, the driver even sent us a video of the lobby he did not see anybody else he spent about 18 minutes besides the one for the pick up time.

The round trip transportation was very well organized but the boat was ridiculous. No organized entertainment for or activities. The speakers were blown out on the boat which made the blasted music almost unbearable. The staff seemed miserable.
We had good fellow passengers so it wasn’t a total bust but pay $20 extra pp and get a better experience

I was informed that to our staff on the boat they told when I received your comment. The speakers were good. Unfortunately, the speakers went to sound bad they did not have time for telling us that to send our technician to fix them. You know that electronic devices are sometimes in good states and new. They can give us issues in no expected time.
We will take more care about that in order not to receive a similar comment like this.

I have to say for people that depends so much on tourism. They really need an attitude adjustment. I wish I could’ve been the one to give it to them. One or two of the staff was very kind. The others do nothing but give dirty looks and attitudes all day. They must’ve been mad that I was getting attention from another local female. So when I finally made the decision to jump into the water, they made the decision to go into my bag and steal my Ray-Ban glasses, my sandals, and money out of my bag. When I realized it, and the boat was pulling away from the other boat to go back to shore there, he was staring at me, giving me the finger. I even asked him several times if the female had some type of relation to him, and if he was good. I wish someone like that would come up to New York and I’ll show him a very good time as well. Their lives depend on tourism but yet it is not shown.

We have taken our time reading carefully your comment from what you realized during the tour. We do want to let you know that the boat on which you were was a shared party boat adults only, as you specified (Punta Cana Party boat (Only Adult), when we have case like yours you should contact and complain right away because it is not a private boat, as it a shared party boat there’s many people on it, the captain and the crews cannot sometimes know and see everything that happens because they focus on taking care of people that are in the water, watching out the luggage, and even the drinks because the boat is shared by other people. In that case the customer and the crews pay attention to everything that they bring. Since we have such a case like that, we always need the customer to contact us to investigate on the day to see what have been missing for letting the crews know to verify, sometimes the clients can think that they steal their luggage without telling anything to the crews. In that case we will not know exactly what are missing without the comment or the complain of them. We can still investigate on your case, we will need the day of your activity, your hotel, your room number and even your contact number to send to us the picture of the things that have been missing.

I feel so bad, the boat party is not a party is very boring, the beer is like a mix with water, snorkel was horrible bc the water was wavy all the time and wind so we can’t really see anything, the “Brunch” was a joke they had just chips it’s fine but don’t show it in the description when offers the activity. I feel very upset I feel like lost my money. I bought the tickets like a present for my cousins. Ohhh and when we made the second stop the beach was horrible, nothing clear
