This was so incredibly fun! Had a snorkel/swim stop, a beach stop with fresh coconut cocktails, a big late lunch (delicious!) and another chance to swim at the end. The staff were amazing, and the time just flew by. Would absolutely do this again!

I went into this experience expecting some fun snorkeling and a lunch. It was so much more. After our guide Jorge got us onto the boat he introduced the crew and the experience began. There was music and drinks and everyone was laughing and joking. We got to the first snorkeling area and there were so many fish, they do bait some to give you a more up close experience, but there are a ton of fish anyways. Then we got back on the boat and went to a beach on an island where they opened up coconuts on the beach and made drinks. Then we moved on to another snorkeling area and ate lunch on the boat. It was delicious! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants not only snorkeling but an interactive and entertaining day with wonderful people. I will be doing this trip again next time I am here. Absolutely incredible!

100% worth it! Will do it again whenever i come back. Did not feel rushed at all. Guides were great and fun. The fish were out and about! The food was good. Only thing i’d recommend is skipping the shops at the end as you will be paying a lot more than you want. They will act like you are getting a good deal but the prices are pretty outrageous.

Our experience was an A+! Our guide, Jorge , was phenomenal as were his very attentive assistants. The boat wasn’t overcrowded and the music , drink and food was better than expected. The snorkeling was fantastic and the 2 stops coconut drinks and sand bar were icing on the cake . Definitely a must do for anyone visiting Punta Cana!

For those that love to snorkel and want to spend time doing so, this is not the trip for you. I wouldn’t even call it a snorkel excursion. You spend 30 minutes “snorkeling,” which is a tiny reef area that you can’t hardly swim around at without running into another person from your boat (and you’re not the only boat there). The only reason there’s fish there are because they are basically baited. After this you boat to a “deserted beach” for coconut drinks; there’s trash all over at the edge of the jungle and people walking up and down it like at resorts. This is followed by a short cruise to where they feed you lunch (the fish was undercooked) and hang out for another 30 minutes where you can stand in the water and drink. This was much more of a booze/party cruise, not designed around snorkeling. Also, if you have a larger face don’t plan on them having goggles that will seal on your face.

The absolute highlight of our trip! All the staff was incredible and truly love their jobs. We were picked up on time from our hotel & brought in air conditioned van to the area that had little shops while we waited for the boat. You take a water taxi to the main boat. It has restrooms, bar and so much space. There was about 20 other guests with us. The bar opens immediately & youre given snacks like small turkey cheese sandwiches and fruit. First we went snorkeling by the reef which was incredible. You're given food for the fish so they come to you. The staff take underwater photos of you. Then we went to a private beach where we had rum in a fresh coconut. After we had lunch served from a literal floating kitchen! I got the fresh fish and my husband had the seafood platter. It was so delicious! Then we went to a shallow sand bar where people had the option to either snorkel more to drink from a floating bar! On the way home we saw sea turtles and had a dance party with the staff. The staff even gave us a free bottle of champagne because it was our Honeymoon! This was such a great experience & the entire crew was so fun. I wish we could go again! Do not miss out on this incredible experience

The crew was great! I thought the guides nickname was grandpa until I realized it was the name of the boat. Anyway, I did this tour alone but never felt by myself. They did a great job of being inclusive and others who took the tour were a lot of fun.

Terrific trip! Hispaniola Aquatic Adventures is a very well-organized, professional tour operator. The pickup was right on time, and the snorkeling trip was lots of fun! First stop was snorkeling in appx 20 ft deep water where we saw lots of fish. Next stop we got out of the boat at a beach where a guy opened coconuts for us and we each had a fresh coconut drink on the beach w palm trees above. Next was a delicious lunch. We had the grilled fish and it was very good. Last stop was snorkeling at a different spot in shallower water, where we saw lots of different fish.
Then dancing on the boat led by the crew on the way back.
The crew were terrific. Smaller group of 15 passengers also made the boat not crowded and easy to manage getting in and out of water.
Highly recommend this trip!

Not worth $100. It should be advertised as a loud party boat. The snorkeling was all cloudy and we maybe saw 3 types of fish. Spent more time listening to loud music and them pushing us to drink. I’ve snorkeled all around the world and this was the worst I’ve experienced. Transportation and logistics were perfect.

Snorkeling conditions are entirely dependent on natural factors such as weather, currents, and visibility, which can vary from day to day and are unfortunately beyond our control. While the marine life and water clarity can be excellent at times, nature does not always cooperate despite our best efforts to choose suitable locations.
Regarding the atmosphere on board, this was an adults-only shared tour. On shared excursions, the overall ambiance is largely shaped by the group of guests participating that day, including music volume and social energy. Because of this, we’re unable to guarantee a quiet or low-key environment. For guests seeking a more tranquil or personalized experience, we typically recommend a private charter or, in some cases, a family-friendly tour, which often has a calmer tone.

Our experience on this excursion was fantastic..we had a full 45 min of great snorkeling...the crew was very friendly and attentive....open bar was plentiful, fruit sticks and cheese croissants were served after snorkeling, then they took us to a private beach where they prepared fresh real coconut rum drinks inside the coconuts, then we were able to explore the beach and swim in the beautiful warm ocean, after a delicious lunch was served and then they took us out to shallow sand bar and a floating bar and ther was a great selection of music...it was a great time and well worth the price...I would highly recommend this excursion....

I travel a lot and use Viator regularly to book excursions. This is one of the most well thought out excursions I have been on. The staff was great. The little details were so very noticeable.
Pickup- right on time
Boat - very comfortable
Snorkel -location good. Lots of fish. Staff very efficient fitting you and getting snorkel started.
Drinks- abundant. They checked with you regularly.
Food - fruit skewers and a snack after snorkel. Then stopped at a floating kitchen for lunch which was very good. We did the included chicken, but .. the surf & turf our neighbors had look great (upcharge). The meal setup was amazing. The brought a table, real silverware, and placemat to each person!
Coconut beach stop- stopped in shallow water. Met a coconut guy. Everyone got a coconut!! You could add sugar or sugar/rum to your fresh coconut. Then could walk on beach or swim. Tip:take a few bucks when you get off boat for coconut stop to tip the coconut guy.
The trip was 4 hours. Thoughtfully planned and we enjoyed. Be prepared for loud music. And you really need to enjoy water/swimming to full enjoy this trip.

This experience was amazing! Captain Don Julio & his crew were so helpful & fun. The snorkeling was beautiful & they let you feed the fish. We stopped on a private beach to get a coco Loco & had lunch, which was delicious, on the boat. Last stop was a relaxing dip in the ocean with a floating bar.
There were only 7 people on the boat making it feel private & relaxing. Would definitely recommend!!

My wife and I had an awesome experience with this trip. The crew made it such a fun time between the drinks, the food and the dancing we had smiles on our face the whole time. The snorkeling spot wasn’t the most picturesque or diverse, but we were still able to snorkel for an hour total in two different locations.
