Fantastic customer service
My husband and I were booked on the cooking class but due to a significant problem, couldn’t attend. Our guide, Niki, was amazing. She was kind and thoughtful in all her communications which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Foodapest and Niki if you are considering a tour or class in Budapest.
The day after we took part in a food tour with Foodapest with other members of our family and it was brilliant.
We were so impressed with their professionalism and will definitely book further activities with them in the future.

We had a fantastic wine...
We had a fantastic wine tasting experience. Our host was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and his passion for Hungarian wine really came across throughout the tasting.
We learnt a huge amount about Hungarian wines, the different regions and styles, and the stories behind what we were drinking. It was informative without ever feeling too formal or overwhelming, and we came away with a much better appreciation of Hungarian wine.
A really enjoyable and interesting experience that I’d happily recommend to anyone wanting to discover more about Hungarian wine.

Fun walking food tour
This was a great food tour where we got to try a number of local foods, including goulash, Làngos (a savory donut type street food!), and of course local sausage! Anna is a great guide, full of energy and knowledge! We fully enjoyed the tour and had a great time in the city center of Budapest! (Pest side).

Excellent tour and guide
Milán led an extremely informative and entertaining tour of Budapest's two most important synagogues. Over two and a half hours, he painted a comprehensive picture of the history, cultural relevance, and modern perspectives on these magnificent buildings. He also spent a significant amount of time educating our group more broadly on the complicated history of Jews in Hungary. Despite covering some heavy and politically charged topics, Milán was cheerful, positive, unbiased, and above all extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his tour to anyone seeking to gain a deeper understanding of this important part of Budapest's diverse and colorful history.

Check Out Thus Fun Outing to the Ruin Bars!!
Want to experience the Ruin Bars and don't know how to choose, then take this tour! Bianka was an excellent host, taking us to 3 different Ruin Bars. It was a great way to learn a little more about the bars, plus hear a little history about the Jewish District in our walks along the way. It's also a fun way to try Hungarian wine, beer and fruit liquor. The bars, especially the first one to start the trend, were pretty incredible. The Langos stop was really good too and Bianka was great about accommodating those who couldn't have cheese and sour cream. I would recommend eating a late lunch before the tour, for those who don't like Langos and/or like a bigger meal for dinner. Thanks to Bianka for a great time.

Worthwhile Experience
My time with Micki was amazing! I was the only person on this experience but he was so accommodating and answered all my questions and I learned so many wonderful things about Hungarian wine. The short ride to the "hobbit wine cellars" was quick and I really enjoyed this entire experience. Micki is really knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend this tour!

A delightful journey of the wines of Hungary
This was a wonderful introduction to the phenomenal wines of Hungary! Not only did Balint provide an informative and delightful experience for all, I got to meet some wonderful fellow guests. The venue is a lovely and comfortable cellar. We tasted four whites (including a fabulous orange wine), three reds, and two sweet wines with a variety of cheeses and meats. I highly recommend this experience!

Worth a visit
There's a lot to learn about this synagogue, from the reason it looks like a cathedral to the history of the people who built it. The tour guide presented the story clearly and answered all our questions. Really beautiful building and the outdoor museum of famous and accomplished Jews from Hungary was well done.

Hands on amazing...
Hands on AMAZING experience! All 6 of us participated as she took us through the process step by step with the goal being to be able to recreate the pastry strudel at home. I left feeling prepared to do this! Both cherry/cheese and apple were delicious and gentle in flavor and the cheese dip with vegetables and amazing Hungarian sausage also incredible! This is a MUST when visiting!
