She was hilarious, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about the park, its history, wildlife and local culture. Her sense of humor kept everyone entrained through the day, and she shared so many interesting facts that made every stop eve more meaningful. The scenery was breathtaking, and Michaela made sure everyone had plenty of time to enjoy each location, take photos, and ask questions. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does, and her enthusiasm made the entire tour even more enjoyable. Amazing Lake Louise & Moraine Lake Tour

The tour was very convenient and covered both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake (along with few other points and lunch time in downtown). We felt really lucky to have Heather as our guide! She reached out a day before to introduce herself and was very prompt in answering our questions, which immediately put us at ease for the next morning. Heather made a real effort to get to know everyone in the group, including the kids, and made sure everyone got to know each other as well. Throughout the day, she shared interesting insights about Banff and stories from her own travels, while keeping the experience relaxed and engaging. Our kids had a great time and even said it was one of the best tours they’ve been on! Beautiful places, a well-organized tour, and a wonderful guide. Highly recommend!

Such an easy and stress-free way to see both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise! We had about 80 minutes at each stop, which honestly felt like the perfect amount of time to walk around, take photos, enjoy the views, and explore without feeling too rushed. Our guide was super chill, really nice and sweet, and very efficient with timing. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the tour van was also really clean and comfortable. One thing I definitely want to mention: BE ON TIME! The schedule matters, especially when you’re visiting two major spots in one tour. If you’re late, you may get left behind, so don’t expect the entire group to wait. I actually really appreciated that they respected the people who showed up on time and kept the tour moving as scheduled. Overall, this was such a convenient and well-organized way to experience Moraine Lake and Lake Louise without having to stress about transportation or parking. Definitely recommend! 🏔️🩵

We were so happy with our tour today with Marco! He reached the night before our trip to confirm the pick up time and address which was much appreciated. We were travelling in a group of six Everybody had an amazing time! He shared fax about the local areas as we were driving through them also ask questions and got to know little about each of the passengers and where we are from and other things we were doing while we were in the area, it felt like travelling around with a good friend for the day. Our time at any of the stops was never cut short due to downs with traffic or congestion in parking areas, he also joined our group at the beginning of each stop to show us less congested places get great photos, and took photos of our group for us, which was so helpful. I definitely think their customer service and value in comparison to other tours easily makes them a number one choice!

The Madeleines Were the BEST!

Even with a smoky haze we had a wonderful trip on the Lake Minnewanka cruise! Both our tour guide and our captain (both Madeleines) were fantastic and made the morning very enjoyable! We learned a lot and the ride was nice and smooth. We got to see a bald eagle and other wildlife back on the shore as well! Would recommend for all ages if you're looking for something a little different outside of hikes and bus tours!

Wonderful Intro to Banff

Liam was our tour guide and it was a great small group experience taking in more than we could have on our own in a short period of time. Although we only saw a few deer and ravens for wildlife, he filled the tour with great stories and one of biggest benefits was someone to take your family photos at each scenic stop so we have memories saved. BOOK IT!!! It was the most amazing, unique experience! There are only a few places in the world where you can drive onto a glacier and this is one of them! The ice explorer vehicle was so unique! Went a whooping 10mph and had 5’ tires!! My kids had a blast! Walking out onto the glacier was amazing! My husband did a cold face plunge and my kids felt how cold the water was! A once in a lifetime experience!
