An amazing time! Mike, our tour guide, kept it interesting and was great interacting with everyone. The sites were great and anything we wanted to know, Mike knew. The weather was great for us and the pictures came out even better but they don’t do the park justice. I would definitely book with this tour again.

Great Tour, by a Great Guide!

The tour started off with a pickup from Downtown Calgary, we then travelled to Banff National Park, on the way, our driver was very informative about places we were passing. We had ample time at each destination in our itinerary. At every point, our guide took us to the main spots then let us go off and do our own thing. Another note, that hot drinks were provided and the guide took great photos. A shoutout to our Guide/Driver, Mark - he showed a lot of passion and knowledge of Banff and the surrounding area. He was really friendly and inclusive, a true credit to Grizzly Banff Tours!

Lovely experience! Tushar was great!

Loved this experience! It was so worth it to see these places with a guide. You get to learn so much about the history and geology of the places you visit! Tushar our guide was amazing and so well prepared to make the experience excellent for us. Everywhere we went was 1000% worth seeing! Our favorite place was Peyto Lake! Tushar even had spikes to put on our shoes since in early June there was still snow on the path. It was very well planned and I would recommend!

Fantastic views of the Banff valley and town

We really enjoyed the trip and our friends from Holland were so impressed with the ride and the views. We had difficulty booking on the actual gondola website and used Viator and actually saved $12 for each ticket. Two bits of advice for future travellers. 1) The Viator voucher has to be exchanged for an actual ticket at the service desk. 2) The tickets now give you a loading time up and a loading time for the return trip. You are allowed 1 hour and 20 minutes for a round trip. If you wish to stay longer the time can be extended by any Banff Gondola employee at the top before your return trip at no charge.

Absolutely visit Lake Louise while in Banff!

Know before you go the dates Moraine lake is closed as the tour guide had discretion on an alternate location which we did not care for (too much uphill hiking) but heard it was nice. Tour guide Louis was friendly and appreciated his history of the area, i.e Lake Louise, native inhabitants, etc. Didnt care for him sharing so much personal info. Good driver but his microphone/speaker stopped working so folks in the back missed what he was saying.

Amazing Banff Experience

We did our private tour led by Kyoka! It was an amazing experience. She was very attentive and informative throughout the entirety of the tour. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and a huge part of what made our experience so great. She even made us a video of our tour with all the photos she took. I can’t recommend this tour enough!

A great adventure onto...

A great adventure onto the glacier - we went at the end of May and it snowed! Our guide Logan was excellent and made the whole experience fun and informative (Jennifer your son did good) The skywalk was great too - walking in the glass floor was amazing. An excellent way to spend 3 hours on the way to Jasper from Banff.

Banff/ Yoho tour

Our driver Assisi was excellent and helped out getting us to the gondola while the group went to Banff townsite. Our previous tour canceled about 12 hrs earlier and left us in the lurch. He made sure that we knew how to get back to Canmore from the gondola $3 / person . The stops were great!

Awesome scenery and awesome crew

Bella, our tour guide plus Liv and the other captain provided a splendid experience. The lake is beautiful, and the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. Bella gave us a lot of information about the lake, surrounding country, the original human inhabitants, and more recent history. She punctuated her presentation with occasional humor and smoothly incorporated a set of pictures into her presentation. (And she demystified the legend of the lake monster.) It was a great way to spend on hour on the water.
