I would definitely recommend taking the time to visit the sanctuary! It is a well run facility and the animals are well cared for! The animals are all beautiful and it is a great learning experience. It is sad to here the origin story of why the wolf dogs exist but it is great that there is a place for their rescue!

What a fun time. Being someone that is an animal advocate and in the veterinary field I always love tours that are animal related. The space provided for these rescue pups is amazing. Glad that someone is advocating for them. Learned about this place last minute, if ever able to go back will plan ahead of time to do the experience where you can interact with them more.

What an amazing experience. A wonderful place taking care of very special animals. We upgraded to the interactive tour and would also recommend that.

Very calming experience. Being able to hear their howl and see them roaming and in their element. The staff are all wonderful and love what they do. Definitely support the sanctuary and all the work they do to help these beautiful animals.

This is an amazing sanctuary for these wolf dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and learned so much! The drive out from Calgary was not busy, so it was a peaceful way to spend the morning. I would definitely recommend this to any animal lover!

Cool experience

The weather didn’t cooperate but we still had a great time. It was cold and miserable for us but the Wolfdogs loved it. They were playful and gave us a really cool howling session. We learned a lot and enjoyed watching the enrichment activity with the person they have bonded with. It was such a cool experience to watch him and the Wolf dogs interact with each other.

For Wolf lovers

We were able to see lots of different wolfdogs. The environment was very calm and we could stay as long as we wanted. We enjoyed feeding the goats too.

Wolfpups

Kathleen_P, Jun 2024
Everyone was so friendly and it was great when the wolf dogs started howling. Also they had just gotten 6 wolf 🐺 pups in. We managed to see 2 of them, but I think the others were hiding.
