We really enjoyed the tour, Neil, was very kind and attentive to our needs. It was hard for us to understand what he was saying. The microphone was not loud enough. He was very knologeble and interesting. We learned lots of new things about the region and we saw lots of very beautiful places.

Excellent tour! Well worth the money and allowed us a relaxed visit to lake Louise, Moraine Lake and Banff. Our tour guide/Bus driver was excellent, knowledgeable, educational and entertaining. However he was a bit hard to understand because English was his second language and he had a strong accent. The seats on the mini bus were a bit tight. But I would definitely recommend this tour!
Abdu made our trip truly special. He wasn’t just a driver—he made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for throughout the entire journey. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and always made sure we didn’t miss the beautiful moments. His positive energy and warm personality made the day even more enjoyable. We came for the breathtaking views, but Abdu was definitely one of the best parts of our experience. Thank you, Abdu, for making our family trip so memorable!!

This tour was NOT GOOD! The inclusions said: Driver / Guide
Nope! He drove and that's it, barely spoke English, didn't check anyone in with a list or look at our tickets or mobile reservations.
He never spoke a word during the tour. Didn't tell us where to go, what to look at - NOTHING! 4 John's Bus was DIRTY. Windows were DIRTY. Garbage left from a previous tour was still on the floor, plastic bottles rolling around. I was at the first pick up and was on the bus first and saw this with my own eyes. GROSS! Driver was LATE and HE (Abdul) went to the wrong location! He called me and said he was in front of the hotel and where was I - when pick up was in the parking lot BEHIND the hotel per the instructions.
Tour said 30 minutes Banff - NOPE! Just picked up more people at the train station.
Moraine Lake was supposed to be 1 hour 30 minutes. We were told to be back on the bus 45 minutes to one hour later.
Lake Louise we got the full 1 hour 30 minutes, only because everyone was angry that we didn't get the time we paid for at the first stop.
BIG MISREPRESENTATION OF A GOOD TOUR. TERRIBLE!!!

Do not book. Selected a tour at 8:10am to accommodate our schedule for the day. Afternoon before the tour we are called and told that we were the only scheduled guests and the tour was cancelled. Stated they would book us at a later time. When told that later would not work we were told we would get a refund. After talking to booking agent and calling back twice we recieved no refund and we had to put a dispute claim on the AMEX charge. Very unprofessional.

We had a really good time. If there’s one advice I can give to prospective clients, know that it will take you pretty much all day if starting and ending in Calgary. The description is not clear. So basically, most of their mini buses starts in Calgary (base) and that’s why they’re able to pick customers like us from here. Then they congregate in Banff where you may or may not have to change buses (they will let you know). We bought the two lakes (Louise and Moraine) where we spent 1.5 hours on each places. They provided a good transportation and water and friendly drivers and a recorded short information about the places. Then you have free time to explore the lakes. Upon booking I could choose 6 or 7.30 pick up . We picked latter. Our tickets said we will finish at 13.30 ish which was great. However we didn’t get back to Calgary till around 5pm. Mel our driver asked if we wanted to be dropped back at downtown or somewhere else. We told him where we’re staying and he was happy to drop us there as it was close to the company garage and saves time going into City traffic. We had a really nice time and the drop off saved us time also. So perhaps the company needs to make this clear. Imagine if we had planned something afterwards? Or worse if someone is catching a flight?

Given the lack of parking, taking a tour shuttle to see both lakes is ideal. Our guide/driver, Jam, was friendly, helpful and informative. The trip was very enjoyable and the lakes are breathtaking.

Everything was great, the guide was knowledgeable and polite. Departure was in time and transportation was comfortable.
Great tour with Kulvinder. Super chill vibe, amazing views, and totally worth it. We really had a fun day exploring the lakes.
Our guide Kulvinder was great. He was very friendly and showed us all the great spots to take photos.
We were pleased to have chosen to access Lake Louise and Moraine Lake through a shuttle service to avoid having to navigate by car.
We had an unforeseen delay of one hour (for some unknown reason) in Banff on our way to the lakes. We made the most of it by walking around town. On the way back, we were for some reason poised to endure a 30 minute delay again in Banff, but spoke up so that the trip carried on without a stopover.
Air conditioning on board was on too high, which was uncomfortable.
Driver was friendly and timely in departure from the lakes.
The itinerary showed they will start and stop at banff avenue then lake louise but they did completely opposite started with lake moraine and the bathroom was really bad at lake moraine. The driver was nice though.

Overall an enjoyable trip as the locations visited are amazing.. only reason for the lower rating is that the trip wasn't fully as described so we didn't have the full time in each place. The driver was friendly but could have added some personal touches with more information on the places we were visiting

The departure time was changed from 8:10 to 9:10, was received the day before via email. However, the email received on the day sent at 12:05 am said departure time is still 8:10. We were rushed to the pickup location before 8am, waiting while contacting customer service, no body answer the phone. Finally got email telling the time was 9:10. I think the conflict information is because the internal communication problem. Otherwise the trip went well.

Exactly what we wanted and needed! Got picked up from the Banff train station, had some time at Lake Louise, had some time at Moraine Lake, and got dropped off! Our driver Raj was helpful and friendly!

This trip was definitely worth the money we paid. Manny was our driver and he was a great host. He was able to adjust the tour based on the weather conditions. It was easy to adjust because we were a small group. The places and sites we visited were worth the drive.

The tour itself was fine and fairly straightforward, taking us to the advertised locations as expected. However, we had issues with the pick up. We booked a tour for 7:30 AM with a pickup in Banff. Two days before, we received a call informing us that the tour was actually at 9:00 AM since the the 7:30 AM departure was only for those leaving from Calgary, which was not clearly indicated at the time of booking. This last-minute change disrupted our plans for the day, but we decided to proceed.
We arrived at the Banff pickup point at 8:45 AM but were only picked up at 9:30 AM, 30 minutes later than the updated time we had been given. During this wait, we spent about 30 minutes trying to reach the tour organizer, fearing we had been forgotten. We even contacted Viator, who also attempted to get in touch with the operator multiple times. No one ever picked up or returned the messages we left. The bus finally showed up just as we were about to leave, which unfortunately gave the whole experience a poor start.
Additionally, the sprinter van was very small and cramped, which made the journey less comfortable than expected.
Otherwise, the tour is a great way to visit popular destinations without the hassle of driving or parking. The bus driver was kind and professional, and I don’t believe the late pick-up was his fault. It seemed he was simply following instructions to pick us up at 9:30 AM.

This was an excellent way to see all three lakes. No waiting time, parked close to each lake. No hassle looking for parking in a crowded lot. One hour at each lake was more than enough time.
