Such a fantastic way to experience the Johnson Canyon ice-walk. The guided tour made it easy and safe, with ice cleats provided so we could comfortably explore the paths. It was the perfect mix of adventure and scenic beauty, beautiful frozen waterfall's, peaceful, magical, and truly one of the highlights of visiting Banff in winter. ❄️ Our guide, Heidi was incredibly friendly and impressively knowledgeable sharing insights into the local culture and the black bears, which was fascinating. We had a wonderful...

We had a wonderful evening on this tour. Hiking at night is so peaceful. The trail was quiet and the snowfall was perfect ambiance. Having the headlamp was nice for when you wanted to look at something but walking with the dark sky was sensational. Neil was an incredible guide, and we would take a tour with him again, in a heartbeat!

Edward was our guide and he was fantastic! Great at explaining everything and loved a good joke along the way. Made sure we got a good photo at both stops as well. He also provided some snacks and water during the trip too which was an unexpected added bonus! The time frame for each stop was perfect for us, wouldn’t have wanted any less or more. The bus was in great condition too and the perfect amount of people on the tour

Great communication from this provider. Wonderful day hiking. Positive vibe from knowledgeable guide. Was so impressed by our guide, Tina. She was right on time, excited to share her love of hiking and managed the group well. She had different skill levels of hikers but her pace was good for all and she stopped to let us catch our breath and take photos as needed. We not only all successfully navigated the 6.5 mile hike, we all became friends over the 7 hours we hiked the glacier.

We highly recommend this tour. Sam, our guide for the evening, was a wealth of information - both on ghosts and the history of Banff. We found it fascinating AND spooky! Sam even recommended some additional tourist hot spots (the less well known ones) to check out and places to eat. She went the extra mile, answered all our questions - even tho it meant extending the tour by an extra half hour for us. All in all, a great experience with a well informed guide who went the extra mile to make our experience a really good one. Thank you Sam ☺️👍

Peaceful, quiet and beautiful - a good gondola choice!

A secret gem of a gondola that was quiet, secluded, not packed with people and a total escape from the busyness of tourist season in Banff! On the way up in the chairlift we could have heard a pin drop it was so peaceful and quiet. We didn't visit Banff Gondola but feel that we made the right choice for us by coming to Sunshine Meadows. The trip up in the gondola took 20 minutes ish and was spectacular, the chair lift a quick 5 minutes on from there and then a short walk to the most spectacular viewpoint of our entire holiday. A good range of walks and trails are clearly signposted from the viewpoint - on this occasion we opted for a slightly gentler one but still took our time taking photos of the stunning scenery. It is definitely chillier at the top than you'd think so worth taking layers (even in Summer) and sunglasses! Well worth the money we paid.

Amazing trip!!!

Would recommend this trip. Brianna was a very good tour guide! Amazing trip. We were fortunate on our trip to see black bears. We also saw Boo the grizzly bear at the Kicking Horse. The weather was really good which also adds to the experience. As an advisory the Golden Skybridge had a lot of uneven terrain and steep areas which can make it difficult for those with mobility issues.
