Our tour guide, Jass was great. Even picked me up from my hotel to save me walking. We did the alternative tour due to the highway between Lake Louise & Jasper being closed. But we still visited some really scenic lakes. Worth the money, reccomended.

I was so impressed with how this tour. The tour kind was great. We were able to see so much. There were only three other people besides my husband and I which was great. I would highly recommend this tour.

Did the tour with my mom and we were the only ones on this tour. So as an introvert, this was a dream come true. Jazz was our guide, he was nice enough to ask us which Lakes we wanted to visit so he could create an itinerary based around what exactly we wanted. We had such a wonderful experience during the 6 hours we spent together. I definitely recommend wearing proper winter boots, because some of the lakes do require you to hike up so winter boots with traction is best or get spikes and mines were worn out so Jazz had to help me down a couple of sloops. I was really looking forward to the Icefields Parkway but because of the weather it was closed, so that was out of Jazz’s control, but we had a good time nonetheless!

Our family of 5 joined this tour, and it gave us a really nice experience and a memory to treasure forever. Although there were closed locations due to the season, our guide, Inder, made sure that the itinerary was planned and discussed. He was outstanding throughout the tour. He assisted our uncle who is a senior and our kid during the trail walks (so that’s really nice of him). Thanks to his warm personality, this tour became a truly unforgettable experience to our family.

This is a very long day but worth every minute of it for sure. Our driver Harsh took us to all of the right places and made sure we knew exactly where and when we needed to be places. The views of Herbert, Bow, Waterfowl and Peyto Lakes were amazing. There is a nice coffee break early and the food at the Icefields Centre is good so you have plenty of food and drinks.

Full day trip to Icefield

Full day trip that was well worth the long journey. Our guide was Jas who had previously taken us on the Lake Louise trip so we immediately knew we were in good hands. Our first stop was crowfoot glacier and our second stop was just a few meters up the road at Bow lake which still offers excellent views of the glacier so imo the first stop could be omitted. Next stop was peyto lake which was well worth the steep climb to the viewing point. After lunch we went to the Athabasca glacier - the link I had been sent told me to book the skywalk for 2.30 (this needs to be booked and paid for separately) but the email didn’t mention booking the glacier explorer. This caused great confusion when we tried to add in the extra cost of the explorer trip and meant we missed the 2.30 slot. It was a lot of extra work for cashier at Icefield Adventures to refund my initial booking then book the combined Explorer/skywalk and meant we were delayed until 3:00pm. Jas very kindly delayed the trip home to allow all of us to complete the full experience. It’s an excellent trip made even better by the fact we saw a black bear by the road on our way back 🐻

This tour is a great way to explore Banff! Jazz, our driver, was awesome! He picked us up at our hotel and got us to each destination in a timely manner. He even hiked to the lookout point at Peyto Lake and snapped photos for us. He also knew a lot of fun facts and made our day tour fun. If you are in Banff, book this tour and request Jazz!! You definitely will have a great time!! 😁

We did the Columbia Icefield, Skywalk, and Peyto Lake tour from Calgary and it was an amazing way to see a lot of the Rockies in one day. The scenery was stunning — from walking on the glacier to the views at Bow lake and Peyto Lake. Our guide, Jazz, was excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the day running smoothly. It is a long day, but well worth it for the chance to see so much. Highly recommend this tour!

We had a wonderful experience with Harsh, who served as both our driver and coach. He is highly knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations about the itinerary as well as the historical significance of each stop we visited. He was also very helpful in assisting with photographs at every location. Our only suggestion would be for him to consider using a headset and microphone, as it was occasionally difficult to hear him clearly from the rear seats.

Did not get a tour bus as...

Did not get a tour bus as they promised instead they send us seven seater car.it was for six of us and one other person very inconvenient to travel for all day long.
