We were really happy that we chose this shuttle. Although it was meant to be just a shuttle without a guide, our driver David was more like a tour guide on our ride to both lakes. He shared historical, geographic and fun facts along the way. We had an hour and fifteen minutes at each lake and we found this enough time to explore each one. Moraine Lake was our favourite and we were happy that David encouraged those that could to climb the rock pile.
Would recommend this shuttle service.

Our driver, Shaun, brought our 4-star review to a 5. The prompt pickup, clean bus, timely schedule, and arrival at both locations was as expected. We had a glorious day to explore both magnificent locations 🤩.
Review would have been a 4 since the bus air conditioning did not seem to work well (but was tolerable and not the fault of the driver), and the co-host who was meant to narrate the drive was not present (again, not the driver's fault). Shaun did a great job when it was safe to jump on the microphone and point out significant landmarks with historical or economic context (wildlife corridors, Castle Mountain, etc.) yet was wise to prioritize safe driving.
We would make this reservation again. Very grateful to have gone to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Our pickup time was 2pm in Canmore.

The host driver (Dave) was great. Really knowledgeable, clearly from and spent a lot of time in athe area. He was really relaxed in his style with a good sense of humor. Stoppage times were good. The only only improvement would be for an extra half hour at lake Louise so you could walk thr full length of the lake and back. But tbh half way along the path was still breathtaking. I think is suited all travellers too as their wad a mixture of ages and group sizes, everyone seemed to enjoy it.

Nice easy pick up in Banff.. Smooth ride to both lakes and easy drop off.. An hour at each lake was good to do a small walk take pictures and enjoy.

If people who are taking this tour aren’t staying in a hotel near the pick up site, knowing that you have to look for street parking/parking lot would be helpful in planning your arrival (we totally lucked out and got a near by parking on the street)

The shuttle is really convenient way to go into lake Louise and lake moraine. We were unable to secure the public bus shuttle and managed to book this one day before our trip. Our guide David is amazing and friendly, highly recommend!

Definitely climb the rock mound at Lake Moraine…it’s a walk but it’s worth every step!! The view is AMAZING!! Lake Louise is Great as well but after seeing Lake Moraine from the top of the rock mound…

I wish we had another 30-45 minutes at each lake. Ken was very communicative but had too much patience with late people. He had no fun facts or personal stories while driving.

Beautiful locations but very busy.
It’s a large bus but not the most comfortable and no charging outlets. My advice would be to go in a tour with a smaller bus. We started in Canmore and picked up people in Banff which took time. The air conditioning above the seat wasn’t working. The driver wasn’t very good - he jumped the curb one time and kept going over the rumble strips. We were held up as he tried to figure out a light on the dashboard - eventually he got another driver to help him. He arrived late and complained about a previous guest using the toilet. He was more of a driver than a tour guide and didn’t seem to have prepared information about key places. Nice friendly guy but lacking in training on how to be a tour guide. He mentioned tips twice which is off putting. He let a woman travel on board without a ticket - she claimed she got on at lake Louise and now needed a trip back from moraine lake to Banff. I don’t recall her getting on the bus at Lake Louise.

Dress for the weather and wear good hiking shoes.
Best to visit off season and early in the day as crowds could really dampen this experience. We went in June and it was already pretty busy.

We were staying down in Banff and wanted to make sure we saw Lake Louise and Moraine Lake while we were visiting. I could not get a seat on the Parks Canada shuttle so this is the next best thing! Our guide - Louis - was very informative and helpful and helped make the 45 minute ride up and back go quickly!

The lakes were absolutely beautiful! Perfect amount of time to explore. The driver struggled a bit, which was unnerving. Had an issue with the brakes, had to call a mechanic to walk in through how to access them properly and was barking at other drivers in traffic. Would not take a tour with him again.

Bus was on time to pick up exactly where they said they were gonna be and the whole tour was very efficient! Moraine Lake was a true highlight of our trip and Lake Louise was great too. Very organized and having a smaller bus was a nice treat as well!

The view of the lakes was amazing. The trip to and from we didn't hear any dialog from the driver with the exception of one time. She could have shared so much with us but didn't take advantage of opportunity.

Tour guide Louis was good. Clear audio in the bus mic/speaker. A minor snafu in the beginning when he was give a different itinerary by his company, but got sorted out. Lake Louis and Lake Moraine were pure heaven!

Know before you go the dates Moraine lake is closed as the tour guide had discretion on an alternate location which we did not care for (too much uphill hiking) but heard it was nice. Tour guide Louis was friendly and appreciated his history of the area, i.e Lake Louise, native inhabitants, etc. Didnt care for him sharing so much personal info. Good driver but his microphone/speaker stopped working so folks in the back missed what he was saying.

Sadly, we had a very poor experience with David the driver on this tour. There are many other options to see this area and you should definitely avoid this company. Poorly done.
