Everything went great, but the program also mentioned Lake Louise, and we didn't stop there. I would also allocate more time for the glacier, because in the end there was no time for lunch.

Very nice tour, friendly and nice guide and driver. The only detail i would recommend to change will be to ask consumers to purchase 2 pm not 2.45 pm glacier tickets so the group does not wait for the passenger who books it from viator. Viator suggest 2.30, 4.45 pm tickets. But the driver was very nice and accommodated all of us

Our tour guide AK was warm, knowledgeable and friendly. He made our experience amazing and was cordial and helpful. The overall tour was very well thought and well arranged. Would definitely recommend.

Columbia Icefield and Lakes Review
This is probably one of the few tours that gives visitors the opportunity to experience both the Columbia Icefield Skywalk and the Athabasca Glacier aboard an Ice Explorer, while also taking in several of the spectacular turquoise-coloured lakes set against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains.
What made the experience even more enjoyable was the comfortable pace of the tour. There was no feeling of being rushed from one attraction to another, and sufficient time was allocated to enjoy and appreciate each highlight of the itinerary.
I would particularly like to commend the itinerary planners for putting together such a well-balanced and thoughtfully designed tour.
And a special mention goes to AK, our ever-smiling guide, whose excellent time-management skills and friendly approach contributed greatly to making the day so enjoyable and stress-free.
A very well-planned tour, beautifully executed. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience! AK, our driver, was wonderful and made sure we got to all the stops and had time to enjoy them. He also took pictures of our group along the way, and he is an amazing photographer and driver! The scenery and stops were absolutely beautiful, and the whole trip was very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this tour and AK to anyone visiting the area!

Sanjeet was a great tour guide! He took pictures for us, gave us facts about the area, and kept us on a good schedule.

We had a nice trip and sites are beautiful. The issue is we had a tour guide and operator management was poor. No tour that I have taken globally has someone who does not do the basics of a tour guide. Get people engaged, inform people of what we are doing next and information to make each stop more enjoyable for instance. This guide did nothing of value about history or details normally given on a tour. Took another tour earlier in the week and it was so much better managed. From the start, we smelled this bad odor, we and others quickly figured out the guide had bad body oder and for 12 hours we had to smell it. Also, the guide had a thick Indian accent and my wife could not understand much of what little she said. From the start it is chaos at the pick up. Totally disorganized and multiple buses polling up with no signs or organization on how to get on the right bus. If you are getting on across from the Delta Hotel, be there early and be ready. Called the tour operator at beginning to ensure we got on the right bus, could not understand the person answering the phone. I work with globe team members all day everyday, and could not understand the operator. My suggestion is to look at the operator themselves and look for experienced local guides or your will be transported and not “toured.” Sites are worth the trip!

The experience is perfection. From the bus, the guide who is also a careful driver, good photographer... The whole tour is smoothless and we loved every place that we visit. Will definitely recommend 1001%

The tour was long but we saw a lot of places and enjoyed the views esp. the lakes and skywalk . Our driver Ram was knowledgeable and approachable. Even sites are far apart we had time to see and enjoy each of them. This tour allowed me to see other sites away from Banff in limited time.

Very good - the skywalk bit is bought separately and if you don’t get the ticket, you can still go out for a hike near the glacier which is just as nice for adventurer travelers
