We had such a wonderful...

We had such a wonderful experience! We were able to see all the sites we wanted to see in one amazing day. There were only seven people in our group so the experience felt very personal and interactive. Our guide Kieran was super friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He was also very kind and assisted my 80 year old mother in and out of the van. Loved that we could skip the parking lines since we were part of a tour. Also loved that we were picked up and dropped off right at our Airb&b. There was no stress. We were able to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this tour.

A Fantastic Tour with a Local’s Perspective!

We had such a wonderful experience on this tour! Having Quaid as our guide was a huge plus. As a local, he brought so much knowledge of the area and shared great stories, information, and recommendations throughout the day. One of the things we appreciated most was the itinerary. It included some beautiful stops that were noticeably less crowded than many of the major tourist spots, which made the experience feel much more relaxed and enjoyable. Quaid also gave us plenty of suggestions for other less-crowded places to explore during the rest of our stay—exactly the kind of local insight you hope to get from a tour. The pacing was excellent. We had plenty of time at each stop to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and look around without ever feeling rushed. The van was new, extremely clean, and comfortable, which made traveling between stops very pleasant. This was a great way to experience the area while getting away from some of the busiest locations. Quaid’s local knowledge, the thoughtful itinerary, and the relaxed pace really made the day. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing Experience

We were concerned if the hike was canceled due to weather. Tried but COULD NOT get any response from the booking agent. Glad though we made it to the gathering point and it was a go. Tour guides Aiden and Ella were exceptional, knowledgeable, caring. Especially on how they reacted when came across with elks along the no-light trail. They made the hike Very Enjoyable. Will definitely do it again, hopefully not in a cloudy night.

The tour was amazing! Our tour guide, Red, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He shared helpful tips and information that made our experience even better, while also giving us great advice for future visits to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. A Long Time Dream Vacation Came True

Our tour guide Mark was informative, funny, patient and a good driver! He pointed out sites of interest and explained the history behind various historical and natural sites. Lake Louise and Lake Moraine were gorgeous but he also drove us to Bow Falls and a view point of the Fairmont Banff Springs Motel. We enjoyed seeing all of it and Mark was a great tour guide!!

A fantastic trip with a great host

It was excellent from the beginning. The pick up location was easy to find and our tour guide/ driver Apple was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for Apple she took photos for everybody and also recommended the best spots. The lakes are beautiful and and well worth visiting.

Well worth the money!

The cruise was super cool. Learned lots about the area. The history of the lake was fascinating. Holly and Cpt. Madeline were amazing too! There was a scared little kid on our cruise and they took the time to calm him down and tried to ease his worries while we waited to depart. Holly also later took a moment to speak with each person on the boat which made it all that more special. Gorgeous views, fun boatride, and great staff!

It was an extremely good trip focusing on some beautiful sights in Banff. Our guide Gabi was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave us lots of interesting facts along with funny anecdotes that made the trip very enjoyable! We did see sheep and Elk but sadly no bear!

Iconic lake tour of Banff

We had an amazing experience with Fairy Bus Tours, and a lot of the credit goes to our guide, Raj S. Raj was on time, very organized, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the day without making it feel like a lecture. He also knew exactly where to position us to make the most of our time at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Now for the fun part… 😄 Raj kept telling us that he’d been incredibly lucky with wildlife sightings over the past couple of weeks—everything from black bears to Banff’s famous grizzly, “The Boss.” We gave him a hard time and joked that we’d believe it only if he could deliver for our tour too. Well… on our way back from Lake Louise, we came around a bend and there was a beautiful black bear cub right by the roadside! The entire bus erupted with excitement. It couldn’t have been a more perfect ending to an already incredible day. Whether it was luck or Raj’s instincts, we’ll happily give him the credit! 😄 If you’re visiting Banff and trying to decide how to get to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairy Bus Tours.
