enjoyed the day and the variety of stops, Tour guide was very helpful and friendly. but my ticket said it was a 10 hour trip approximately. It actually was 13.5 hours. Yet the tour guide knew this. He was surprised when I showed my ticket with the itinerary I had to cancel dinner plans. would appreciate a better estimate of the time. would recommend with the warning about the timing
The guide was great. I would really really really recommend this to all I know. Friends family and co workers
Be ready for a full day of great stops. Well worth the money. Driver Rom was very accommodating and made sure everyone was taken care of.

If you want to spend your day cramped in a small bus with no room to breathe, this is a tour for you. Besides getting you to different points of interest, don’t expect much else from this tour. Just think of it as a shuttle and not a very comfortable one. Also, if you happen to board on the last pick up stop, you will be stuck with whatever seats are left because it’s” first come, first served “ bases, so don’t be surprised if you end up on opposite ends of the bus with your partner and spend the whole day stock in a tiny seat in the back squeezed in between 2 strangers. Very poor experience overall with this tour operator.

It is great experience book the Icefield tour which is extra. The tour guide Sanjeet was knowledgeable and drove the the tour bus very safely.

It was a wonderful trip. Our guide, Sanjeet, helped make this long journey less tiring and more memorable. He helped us quickly navigate unfamiliar areas, and we truly enjoyed many beautiful views, despite the cloudy and rainy weather. Sanjeet is also a very good driver. He drives the Matrix company bus safely. The trip was relaxing and very enjoyable. Thank you very much!

We arrived at the meeting sight at 7:45 am. Returned at 10pm although this is lusted as 8-10 hours. Big difference . Exhausting , changed cabs both ways , no time to eat. Too much packed in . Many did not understand the need for an additional excursion purchase at the Icefields. The Icefields center was packed lines for food , tickets, bathrooms, excursion line up.

First of, the place, it literally was the highlight of our canada trip. The landscapes were so stunning all along... Now, coming to our guide, Ram is absolutely epic. He is so kind and accommodating..I 100% recommend him!!!

Overall an enjoyable day and fitted in a lot
with stops along a way to see many lakes and highlight was Columbia Icefield and skywalk
Timing of day managed well and I would recommend this small group tour ( 12 people )
Only suggestion for change is a little more information about the sights .

We had an unforgettable trip with Ram. The whole tour was about 14 hours long, so it was definitely tiring, but it was absolutely worth it. The scenery was stunning, and it felt like a once-in-a-lifetime family experience. Ram was very friendly, patient, and thoughtful throughout the day. Expect a comfortable 12 seat van. Some did not realize the price does not include entrance to the ice field/ skywalk. Highly recommend you reserve ahead. (Matrix tour will also send you reminder) Sanjeet our driver /guide is a very calm and considerate young man who aims to make your journey pleasant, He is also an excellent and safety conscious driver.

Not so much a “tour” but a mode of transportation. Driver was difficult to understand due to heavy accent and vehicle was small, hot, uncomfortable, and full of people. Also, driver skipped Lake Louise all together due to “group consensus” which did not include us.

The vehicle we used was a 15-seater, and on that day, we had 13 passengers, which should have allowed for a comfortable ride. We regularly adjusted the temperature to match guest preferences. Our guide is a local expert with extensive knowledge of the area. While his accent may have been a bit challenging, many guests have given him five-star ratings for his expertise and attentiveness. There was no intention to skip Lake Louise; the decision was made for the group’s timing, and we truly regret you missed it. Great tour. We had good time. Banff natural beauty is beyond imagination. Once in life time experience. Tour guide Ram was very helpful. The tour was well organized. We covered all that was included.

We had a great day and saw so many sights and even bears! Harry (our driver) stopped whenever there was something interesting to look at for a photo opportunity. He was very accommodating and even changed the order of our tour around so that everyone could do the Ice Experience

This is a nice tour, we hiked to the Peyto Lake Lookout and get to see the athabasca glacier upclose.
Our tour guide driver Aashish was very kind and helped my 72 years old mom reached peyto lake lookout with the slippery trail.
Recommended tour. Booking for the glacier icewalk and columbia skywalk are optional in this tour.

This is a must do tour. If you only have a short time in this area, this tour ticks so many of these magical places. Beautiful stunning scenery everywhere. Our tour guide Harry was so very kind and helpful. He gave us a free soda, water and light snack which we all appreciated. The walk to Peyto lake stunning. As it was still snowing, we appreciated the spikes for our shoes which harry supplied all of us if we wanted to do the short hike. Expect a full magical day of travel - about 8 hours. This tour plus our guide Harry was brilliant. Thank you !
