Great tour - lots to see
What a nice tour. A lot to pack in to one day. Kat was a great, knowledgeable guide. Make sure to take the small, steep car on the way down. We didn’t and took it up. Don’t let your guide have you take it up. Insist on taking it down or you’ll miss out.

Blue Mountains excursion
The Blue Mountains are a unique experience, something like a cross between the Grand Canyon and the Great Smoky Mountains. It was worth the trip, and Ben made the trip informative and interesting. The trams and world’s steepest inclined railway were fun.

Great day at the Great...
Great day at the Great Barrier Reef. For a crowded ship (ours has well over 100 passengers), the staff did a great job of keeping everything moving and the boat was roomy enough to spread out and sun during the trek to the reefs, We didn’t realize extras like the Marine Zoo Tour could be booked in advanced so rush to do that when you board if it’s of interest. Food was better than we thought.

Improvement suggestion
Unlike other Viator trip providers, Go West does not contact traveller about pickup the day before the trip. This increase the anxiety during our early morning pickup at a location we are not too familiar with and waited for 10 minutes post the pickup time identified on the instruction.

Australia tours let you dive into the country’s many incredible experiences. Snorkel among stunning underwater scenery at the Great Barrier Reef, fly over the Whitsunday islands, or hike in the Blue Mountains. If you love animals, you can see koalas in their natural habitat near Melbourne or watch the penguins of Phillip Island cross the beach at sunset. See the world-famous Sydney skyline from the water on a cruise, then round off your trip with a behind-the-scenes visit to the iconic Sydney Opera House.
