The trip to Blue Mountain was spectacular. It was more than I expected. Viator delivers!.
The Driver / Guide Bruce did and an excellent narration of the stops for the trip to and from Blue Mountain. He was knowledgeable about the tour and he was very entertaining throughout the journey.

Allow me to give you some advice….. Do the whole package. After you add up the regular price of the Zoo and Scenic World, the deal can’t be beat. Bruce made the day enjoyable and it was a great way of seeing the natural wonders of the Blue Mountains. Definitely a 10/10!

Les is a great tour guide and this tour was actually my favorite tour in the five days I spent in Sydney. I enjoyed the stories that he told us and the educational information while we were at the blue mountains. I walk with a cane and I was so happy that I was able to do this tour without stressing my knee too much. Highly recommend!

It was a very well organised tour and gave ample time to explore the places and spots. Our tour guide was very friendly and provided lots of of information about the places, history and significance of local culture. Must try especially Blue mountains.

This was the perfect tour for Aussies and tourists alike. We fit so much into our day and didn’t have the driving and parking to worry about. Les was an amazing tour director/ driver, full of information and the odd ‘dad joke’. Being a smaller bus, you feel like you’re together for the day. So nice.

A fun day trip to Blue mountain. I got lost navigating to the pick up location and the team was nice enough to change my pick up location to the Sydney zoo which was stop one on the tour. It worked out great for us since we were staying closer to the zoo than to the Harbour. The cable ride, skyride and railway was such a fun experience I wish we could have been there 30 more minutes to be able to ride them again since we had to pay for the daypass anyway but totally understand why. Overall a fun experience

10+ hours of tour round the Blue Mountains including a trip to Sydney Zoo and Scenic world for discounted additional extras which were optional. Bruce was our tour guide for the day and did a fabulous job of keeping us entertained and informed with his excellent knowledge of the areas we visited and took photos for us. The trip usually ends with a ferry back to Circular Quay but ferries were full due to events in Sydney and Bruce was amazing and had stayed to make sure we got on a boat and offered to take those of us who didn’t get on the ferry back on the bus; over and above his already long shift. Couldn’t fault this trip for such a small cost with so much packed in to the day. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend.

We had an excellent Blue Mountains tour with Bruce as our guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Bruce shared interesting information about the area, kept the group entertained, and was always happy to answer questions. His enthusiasm and friendly personality really added to the day and made the tour memorable. We highly recommend this tour and especially Bruce as a guide!

The Blue Mountain Tour got off to a very disappointing start. The booking confirmation was not followed up with an email or sms of the time of pick up, vehicle number and the company who had been engaged to pick us up. I went to the Ibis Hotel Darling Harbour at 630am as the pick up time was indicated as 645am at the Ibis Hotel Darling Harbour. I thought I had been scammed as the vehicle only arrived at 750am which means that I waited I hour and 20 minutes for the vehicle at the hotel. I had almost given up. What a disappointing start to the tour.

We had a wonderful trip to the Blue Mountains, despite the shocking weather, all thanks to our brilliant driver and guide Les. His knowledge of the area and its history was amazing, as a local, he could read the changes in the weather pattern and move us around the area to get the very best out of our experience. His knowledge of the local flora and fauna added to the day and his sense of humour and patience made adverse conditions not only bearable but enjoyable. We learnt a lot, had a great time, and saw much more than we expected. Thanks Les a wonderful day well spent.

Was privileged to have a great day of clear weather to visit the blue mountains, while many of the regular areas to visit were closed for renovations, our guide, Les, did a fantastic job at giving the group an very comprehensive and knowledgeable breakdown of both the history of Australia/ the region, as well as the local biology. Cracked some great jokes and helped make the whole experience flow really nicely, giving the group enough time to realistically enjoy all of the viewing areas.
Do not under any circumstances skip the scenic world section of the tour, this was an integral part of the experience, whilst the zoo could be realistically skipped if you don’t want to see the animals and don’t mind waiting outside for 90 minutes.

This is a full day and a great value. My tour had 25 people on it, which was not too many. Our guide, Bruce, was engaging and informative. The day ran like a well oiled machine with enough time at each spot. The zoo is good for photos, and getting in before opening was great. The Blue Mountains are a bucket-list destination Scenic World is the best introduction to them. The photo stops were unhurried and gorgeous, and the Paramatta ferry home was the icing on the cake. This was one of life's better days. A must-do while in Sydney.

Les was absolutely incredible. He did everything he could to make sure we had the best experience. Making sure we were the first to be at the zoo to ensure we had first dibs with all the experiences. All the way to making sure we had the best views and information when we arrived to Blue Mountain

Bruce was a very knowledgeable tour guide, he gave plenty of information and history of the lay of the land, I remember his stories and explained in a way that was understandable. I could have skipped the zoo, I’m not much of a zoo person. If you like zoos then you would enjoy it, scenic world wAS THE BEST PART! A must while in Sydney . The reason for low stars is that , it wasn’t the most exciting tour I’ve ever been on. Could have been the group. It’s a very long day.

My husband and I had a great experience on the full day tour including the Sydney Zoo and Blue Mountains. Our driver cum guide, Bruce, was amazing with lots of valuable information about everything from the history of Australian settlers to the biodiversity of Blue mountains. He made a big difference to the whole experience and we could not be happier. The whole trip was well organised and covered a lot of ground without feeling rushed. Highly recommend.

Very nice experience had a great time very pretty well worth the money Bruce our tour guide was well. Knowledgeable answered all the questions we had.
The only issue we had was once the tour was over after the river cruise. We had to find our own way back to our drop off spot. The advertisement says that we would be dropped off at the pick up spot.
