Our guide/driver was excellent. He filled us in on some wonderful information about the things we would be seeing and some background stories on the area. Highly recommend doing the Blue Mountain Tour.

Such a fun day trip! Blue mountains are beautiful, animal sanctuary was fun, and our tour guide, Jed, was just the best!

Good trip overall, be prepared for the weather, a little difficulty finding the bus at first but went well after that

This trip was well organized and was led by a very good tour guide named Ben. Ben was professional, provided many bits of interesting information about not just Blue Mountains, but also of other features and sights along the way to Blue Mountains. This made the trip all the more interesting. Ben also made the trip interesting with his good sense of humour.
Good weather allowed for many photo ops both from scenic stops and from the rides provided. All in all, a worthwhile visit!

Great full day , wildlife was interesting and sufficient time for seeing most things . Lorna stop for food was necessary because no food at scenic world , echo point was fabulous and needed more time but if people are late back this reduces you time at the next stop.
Scenic world was fabulous so much to see but Ben made sure you saw so much and he orientated you all journey. Fabulous day and great ferry ride home

Great experience and great tour guide. The scenery is beautiful and there is plenty to keep you busy.

This trip was everything we wanted for a day trip from Sydney to the Blue Mountains. We stayed the exact time needed at each stop. And each stop was perfect and interesting . Our driver/guide Aaron, was excellent. He made the decision to rearrange some of the stops to avoid potential bad weather while we were viewing the 3 Sisters and visiting Scenic World. He was right. I highly recommend this tour from Sydney

Great time on this tour. Despite it being a rainy day, we loved the wildlife park, and being able to pet and feed the animals. Senic world rides and walk through the rain forest was quite enjoyable.
Shana_A, Mar 2026
It was amazing. Aaron was the best tour guide. Highly recommend!!! I got to pet a koala and feed a kangaroo. I saw amazing landscapes and made new friends.

Great tour. Ben was the best. Very knowledgeable
Knowledgeable and patient. Well worth the price. Enjoyed the commentary

Fantastic way to spend a day! Even though it was a rainy day, Max kept us entertained between stops. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly!
Pamela_P, Mar 2026
A comfortable and efficient way to experience quite a few locations in a day. With a full day of photo opps, I would have been helpful to have phone charging outlets on the van. Wi-Fi onboard worked well. Also would’ve been helpful to have more detailed information on how to get on the ferry and when/where to exit, as well as timing and availability of toilets throughout the day:

The tour was way more than we expected. Jed was an outstanding host and made the day incredible for all of us. "Best Group Ever".

This 10 hour day has more than 5 hours in a bus. The first stop after 1 hour was at the Featherdale Wildlife Center and was very good. The next stop for lunch after 1.5 hours was OK but not part of the scenery. The next stop was at the Scenic center ( 3 rides) were good but overly crowded. Walk through the rain forest simple. View from Echo Point was best part of the trip. Long ride back to Sydney and 1.5 hour ferry rides to get back to starting area. Tour guides coarse language was surprising and inappropriate. Glad we had good weather. Blue Mountains are a good attraction.

Awesome tour. Did a lot of activities. The Wildlife Zoo was great. Got to feed Kangaroos and see and touch Koala Bears! Then did a Sky Ride, Cable Car and a Speed Train ride in the Blue Mountains. Had some great views. To end the tour we took a ferry boat ride to the Opera House. Our tour guide/driver was excellent
Brian_M, Mar 2026
This was a wonderful trip. Our bus driver and tour guide was Aaron and he did a fantastic job. we had time to do all 3 rides at blue Mountain and didn’t feel rushed at all
Dolores_S, Mar 2026

Able to see so much.

Although the weather didn’t cooperate, we really enjoyed the tour. Each venue went to was different but exciting.
Michelle_K, Mar 2026
How good this experience is is dependent entirely on the weather! If the weather is good I’m sure the scenic views would be absolutely amazing but unfortunately for us it was a very overcast day and we saw very little.
The operation itself is very slick offering three different types of rides , the train ride is very very steep but was a lot of fun
We stopped initially at a wildlife Park, which was a great opportunity to encounter Australian animals. However, the enclosures were very small and it was all rather sad. Our next stop was for lunch and the driver was able to tell us about every restaurant in the road ….literally ! and there were lots.
Throughout, our driver was very informative gave us lots of information but sadly some of the things he described we couldn’t see. He worked hard to make it as fun as possible. We returned back to circular quay on the ferry, and again if the weather had been good, it would’ve been a wonderful end to what could have been a fantastic day. The value for money is very good and I would certainly recommend it. The only negatives were we both found the coach uncomfortable and when keeping us informed of the trip neither via tour nor FJ tours confirmed the pick up time that we initially saw when booking and choosing the pick up point. It only ever referred to the first pick up point time

You don’t see very much if the weather is bad. However, it was still well was going to because it was quite a thrilling experience.
Weikang_X, Mar 2026
Be aware that this trip to the Blue Mountains National Park from Sydney is not really a guided tour. There is no tour guide—only a bus driver.
You are given just 2 hours and 50 minutes to explore on your own, and the pickup point is different from the drop-off location, which can be confusing. If you plan to visit Scenic World for the train, cable car, and gondola, be prepared for long lines, making the short time window very stressful.
Another important detail: the bus does not return to the Sydney city center. Instead, you are dropped at a ferry terminal and must arrange your own transportation back to the city and your hotel.
Most importantly, the driver will not wait. If you miss the bus, you’ll need to find your own way back from the Blue Mountains using public transportation.
The scenery is beautiful, but the tour organization is rushed and inconvenient. Travelers should know exactly what they are signing up for.

If you become sick ill or whatever they could care less all they want is the money. They don’t care if you pass any germs to other guests all they want is the money.

This is definitely a must do experience in Sydney. The whole day trip from start to finish was fantastic. The Blue mountains trip was one of our best tours on our holiday in Australia. Absolutely amazing.
Susan_C, Mar 2026
This was an excellent full day trip. The driver was very knowledgeable and very funny. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
Simmy_S, Mar 2026
Excellent time management knowledge guide and very time efficient arrangement. Great experience to enjoy Blue mountains
Noreen_C, Mar 2026
Long day but lots of variety. Really enjoyed the wildlife park especially the koalas and kangaroos. Stopped in a very cute little town for lunch. Great time in the mountains and scenic village. The 45 minute ferry ride at the end was a nice experience.
Bruce_R, Mar 2026
It was a long day with lots of activity. Should be able to walk quite a distance. Our day kind of warm and humid so be prepared for the weather conditions.
Kevin_S, Mar 2026
When I booked this tour, it was scheduled for a 7 AM pick up and a 5:30 PM drop off the night before they sent me a message late at night saying that the time has been changed now to an 8 AM pick up and a 630 drop off. The bus driver arrived 20 minutes after eight and the bus was packed. The only two seats available at the time was the back over the engine two front row seats were open, but he wouldn’t let anybody sit there so in the first section of the trip, I couldn’t hear what he was saying because of the engine noise. When I got to the first stop, I told him I was sitting in the front and he left me. When we had lunch, he told us that he would be back to pick us up at one PM and he was 20 minutes late picking us up. The tour ended with a ferry ride down the bay to the the city docs that was pleasant but the fast very left at 4:50 and he was just pulling in while the ferry was loading so we had to run to catch the ferry half the people didn’t catch it if the gentleman was on time, we would have plenty of time to catch the ferry. I would use another company because I really wanted a drop off time at 5:30. That’s why I picked the 7 o’clock and last minute that they changed it other than that the places we saw look good.
