This was a great experience with beautiful views that we would not have seen had we not went on this tour. Our guide, Phil, was fantastic! He gave us lots of information and was very interactive with the individuals on the tour. We highly recommend this tour.

Beautiful guided tour up into the blue Mountains. Our guide Scotty was very knowledgeable and kept us informed and entertained during the whole trip.
J.D. was Great! Funny and very knowledgeable. The ferry was not accessible for our tour at the time due to circumstances that was not in the company's control. However J.D made it up to the group by showing us other places. We had a wonderful time! Thank you J.D.

The tour guide JD was amazing. Managed to get us to the best views and activities without getting caught in the tourist backups. Even through in a few "off the beaten road" spots. The Blue Mountains themselves are neither blue, nor mountains, but there were some pretty good views. Nothing like Queenstown, NZ but good. The Sydney zoo was better than I expected as well.
It's a wonderful tour. The guide was very friendly and helpful. He made the experience a memorable one through his narration about the history and the background of all the places that we visited.
Brian was a great host. This was a perfect tour of the Blue Mountains without too much walking since my husband had just run the marathon! Loved the scenic world and the transports. Trip to the zoo and ferry ride topped it off beautifully. Great day trip!

This experience went above what I was expecting. The places were all wonderful. What really set it apart was our exceptional tour guide, John aka JD. He made everyone on the tour feel included and relaxed.
I went as a solo traveler and came out with new friends.
I left sad that my family was not there to experience JD’s wonderful story telling and experience.
Will be recommending him to all my family and friends back home.

Scotty was absolutely awesome—funny, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating throughout our Blue Mountains, Sydney Zoo, and ferry tour. He was very punctual and kept everything right on schedule while still making the experience relaxed and enjoyable for everyone. To top it all off, he was gracious enough to give everyone a little koala as a gift, which was such a thoughtful touch!

Our tour experience was enjoyable because our tour guide Phil was attentive, helpful, informative and kinda funny as well. Thus making the trip worthwhile. Plus the new experience riding those three rides was amazing. I was even scared of height but the whole vibe was wonderful.

Scotty was a fantastic guide. The weather did not cooperate for the blue mountains but he did everything he could to give us a good experience. He eventually got the fog to roll back so we could see the three sisters! Lunch was good, I wouldn’t buy the vouchers again and just go to any of the great restaurants available for lunch. Afternoon cleared and the zoo and the boat ride in did not disappoint. Fantastic tour, knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide. Would Leo it again in a minute!!

Driver/Guide John was
knowledgeable & attentive. He shared a lot of interesting facts about Australia and the Blue Mtns throughout our drive. The experience itself was fantastic - saw the 3 sisters appear through the fog, rode on a cable car across the valley, ate at a community market, and were gifted toy koala's before our ferry ride home. Would recommend!

With Scott, our guide, it was a grandioos adventure. He made our day. Hé told us about everything but not to much. So we had time to rest between the actvities. We had time enough to the scenic world train, the skyrail and the cablebahn. He was always there to help us, to tell something or to answer our questions. Scott was very nice, helpfull and intelligent. We say: book the tour with Diamond Tours and ask for Scotty!

Highly recommend this Blue Mountains tour! The guide was super friendly and took care of everything, so we could just relax and enjoy the day. This was our first visit to Sydney, Australia, and we were looking for a guided tour to the Blue Mountains. We came across Diamond Tours, and our guide, Lloyd, exceeded our expectations. He took the time to learn every passenger’s name and provided informative commentary and local insights throughout the entire journey.
In addition to the scheduled itinerary, Lloyd made extra stops at scenic locations such as Katoomba Falls, which added even more value to the experience. During our lunch stop in Glenbrook, he also offered several excellent dining recommendations.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Diamond Tours to anyone visiting Australia for the first time and looking to explore the Blue Mountains.

Our driver and guide was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the trees, animals, and birds of the Blue Mountains. He led us through the rain forest, told us of all the means of transportation at Scenic World, and told us where to go at the Sydney National Zoo to see the most popular animals of Australia. He was great!!
