The guides really know their stuff. The groups were not too large and the samples at the end were very tasty

It was my second time visiting the Bundaberg Rum Distiliery and second time meeting Taylor. Very clear and interesting tour with friendly staff not to mention the rum was the kick of the tour 😀

Generally the place was spectacular, well presented and an inspiration when so many industries in Aust have disappeared. Seeing the number of cane trains travelling through town we realise the extent of the support this business is giving to the region and the community. Well done

Guides were amazing and funny but very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the whole tour, unfortunately my husband didn’t feel well at the end and missed his tasting. I had to rush mine, but loved the solera very much.
Really fun tour of the Bundaberg rum factory. Nice little café at the end of the tour. Scrumptious samples of rum drinks provided at the end of the tour. I wish they had an adults only tour or smaller group tours I thought the group was just a little large and there were some whiny children and children running around on our tour. They provide provided umbrellas for the shade, which was really nice.

So cool. We aren't Rum drinkers but the tour was still totally worth it. Very educational and eye opening. The jokes were funny if you appreciate the usual "Dad jokes". The alcohol at the end of the tour is cheaper too
they dont show anything at all only a tank of molasses and and a few fermenters that you can only see the fermenter not whats inside or how it work all you see is a buch of metal and hear stupid Jokes from the guide

It’s just a shame you don’t get to actually see any of the product in the making as all you do is walk through the distillery and see outside of all the tanks the only part you really see is when you walk through the molasses
This is the place to buy Salted Caramel liquor.

A definite must do! We had Shazza as our tour guide and she was funny, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I learnt a lot and had fun while walking around listening to Shazza.
Informative, engaging with some Aussie humour in born museum pieces and guided tour. A must-do if in Bundaberg
Very enthusiastic guide, and all staff were very welcoming. Tour is about an hour long, with some stairs to climb as you walk around. No items with batteries are allowed on the tour, but they provide lockers.
Cheesy jokes but Amber and Shaz made the tour a fun one and made sure everyone had a great time with lots of laughs

Was a great tour with some laughs with Deb and Gina along the way. Very interesting and lots to learn. Loved the taste testing and the Bundy banger was a treat. A few goodies from the store to finish a wonderful afternoon.
So informative, highly recommend the tour. Amber and Shaz were wonderful ambassadors for the company and a great sense of humour.
Tour guides hard to hear at times, they also tried to hard to deliver very corny jokes.
Less jokes and more time delivering the facts.

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience especially our tour guides Sandy and Ronnie those ladies were outstanding very informative and extremely entertaining promoting the company that they love .
