Really fun tour of the Bundaberg rum factory. Nice little café at the end of the tour. Scrumptious samples of rum drinks provided at the end of the tour. I wish they had an adults only tour or smaller group tours I thought the group was just a little large and there were some whiny children and children running around on our tour. They provide provided umbrellas for the shade, which was really nice.

Gina did a great job
Taste testing was great
Especially the salted
caramel and banana toffee

So cool. We aren't Rum drinkers but the tour was still totally worth it. Very educational and eye opening. The jokes were funny if you appreciate the usual "Dad jokes". The alcohol at the end of the tour is cheaper too

they dont show anything at all only a tank of molasses and and a few fermenters that you can only see the fermenter not whats inside or how it work all you see is a buch of metal and hear stupid Jokes from the guide
you can not show images as photos are not allowed

Very informative great staff and knowledgeable explained everything loud and clear
It’s just a shame you don’t get to actually see any of the product in the making as all you do is walk through the distillery and see outside of all the tanks the only part you really see is when you walk through the molasses

This is the place to buy Salted Caramel liquor.
Look at the amazing History in the centre.
Lots of well documented articles and Photos
It's the best.

A definite must do! We had Shazza as our tour guide and she was funny, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I learnt a lot and had fun while walking around listening to Shazza.

Very enthusiastic guide, and all staff were very welcoming. Tour is about an hour long, with some stairs to climb as you walk around. No items with batteries are allowed on the tour, but they provide lockers.

Cheesy jokes but Amber and Shaz made the tour a fun one and made sure everyone had a great time with lots of laughs

From a bias Bundy drinker it was great.
My wife is more of a wino, she loved it too.

Second time visiting with new family members and we found it too expensive for the experience given.

It was interesting the process of making Bundy especially all the different types and blends. The history and museum was great. Special thanks to our tour guides who were informative, knowledgeable and “funny” with their witty jokes

Was a great tour with some laughs with Deb and Gina along the way. Very interesting and lots to learn. Loved the taste testing and the Bundy banger was a treat. A few goodies from the store to finish a wonderful afternoon.

So informative, highly recommend the tour. Amber and Shaz were wonderful ambassadors for the company and a great sense of humour.
Colin_M, Aug 2025
Tour guides hard to hear at times, they also tried to hard to deliver very corny jokes.
Less jokes and more time delivering the facts.
Graeme_H, Aug 2025
The three young people who guided us around were the best they knew everything plus a few jokes thrown in to make the afternoon

(Bad joke delivery ha ha)
The history of Bundaberg Rum is very Australian. The growth of the company is a real story. We felt that as we moved around the distillery. Well informed and friendly guides. Shaz and Jayden make a good team.

Spare 2 hours to enjoy a walk through the museum and enjoy the tour followed by taste testing 2 of your choice made at the bar on the completion of the tour. Tour takes you through the distillery but not the bottling process
