Great tour guide Dakota, gave us an informative tour and an excellent demo casting a 10kg gold bullion bar.
Good experience. Highly recommend. Helpful and Friendly tour operator. Need to change tour schedule, the operator was helpful.
Definitely recommend booking this tour when visiting Perth. Our guide David handled the group with ease, spoke clearly throughout the tour, gave us plenty of free time to explore the exhibits and topped the tour off with a little humour mixed in too which made for a very enjoyable afternoon.
Very informative and fun. Only goes for about an hour but that was enough to get the info and have a look around. Tour guide was funa nd engaging. A must do when visiting Perth!
One hour tour is sufficient., the static displays are interesting and the Gold pouring was entertaining.
Very good commentary on sights while traveling to the different wineries
Peter was very friendly and informative
We enjoyed finding out about the history of the goldfields and the gold industry in Western Australia
The tour started 5-10 minutes earlier than advertised, so we would recommend getting there earlier than you would normally expect to. All tour staff seemed knowlegable and were engaging throughout. There was very little else left to engage with after the tour ended, unless you were buying coins from their collection.
Very informative about the early days of gold mining and the establishment of the mint. Covers to current time
The guide was informative and the gold pouring demonstration was very interesting. A great way to spend an hour
This was so informative and enjoyable. Well cool seeing a bar of gold being made in front of your very eyes! Sophie the guide was wicked, passionate about the subject and very funny. A must!
All ages can enjoy learning about this piece of history
Great narration and fun informative guides so well done
This is a great experience, and you even get to watch a Gold bar being made. Very informative tour. I really enjoyed looking at the gold!
Was a really great experience. Previously had no idea about the purpose of the Perth mint. Was blown away at the size of queens memorial coon

The Gold pour is impressive, that will be the closest people ever get to such wealth.

We had a wonderful time , the tour guide was fantastic…. Great young Australian lad .
Important to book your tickets! Do not do this tour on the off-chance otherwise you will be disappointed.
This short tour was a great stop. Entertaining, informative, and fun. Our whole group enjoyed it. Kids will enjoy it as well.
Loved the gold pour session. Both guides were very knowledgeable and passionate during the tour. Had a great time.
An interesting tour around the Perth Mint. Good narration from tour guide highlighting historical aspects of the Mint. Well worth the tour price. Lasts just under 1 hour.
Excellent to well with the money and the time good history two guys were wonderful. I’d recommend it to anybody. Even people live in Perth. They haven’t been.
Fascinating tour. Brilliant guide (David). The worlds biggest gold coin was mind blowing. Got to handle a real gold bar too!
We enjoyed the tour a lot and learned lots of interesting facts of the gold history in Western Australia. Highly recommended.
It's not your usual platitudinous tour with the hosts saying aren't we wonderful. It's also informative and challenging
Informative tour of the Perth Mint with a knowledgeable guide - it would’ve been better if the guide’s commentary was less scripted and a bit more natural, as she came across very awkward. Pace of the tour was good and didn’t feel rushed.
Beautiful building . Hearing all about the history of the gold found, the displays and the largest gold coin.
Really well run and organised. Very interesting. Highly recommend if you visit Perth. It takes just over an hour.
Our first time The experience about the history of the gold rush and the amazing finds of gold was very interesting to witness.
