Must-have experience! The crew was incredibly friendly, and the pilot was a true professional. The views were absolutely breathtaking. There was no better way to see the beautiful scenery, and everything was perfectly organized!

Unfortunately it didn’t happen.
The hot air balloon people tried on 3 separate days to get us airborne. The weather wasn’t good enough.
Now awaiting refund of monies

WoW, what an experience! From the very beginning when I booked this activity, communication was exceptional. Confirmation was communicated again the day before (activity was weather dependent), as was pick-up location.
Bus arrived on time & Roy was a laugh a minute, pointing out all the fun facts about the Gold Coast.
Murray was our balloon operator and was extremely professional, funny & kind. Balloon ride itself was spectacular & it was amazing to be up 3,000 feet watching the sun rise.
Landing was fun and we got to help pack up the balloon after the activity.
Great morning out - thank you Roy & Murray, we had a wonderful experience.

With Ben & crew, it was a flawless experience. From a timely pickup at Sheraton, to the launch site - very professional and friendly. We take off just before sunrise and witness the birth of a new day at 7,500 ft. The song of the wind on your face, the silence of the clouds and sometimes the warm from the propane blasters. WOW.

She was repeatedly asked to reschedule for three days before she could not fly on January 1 due to high winds
The forecast's a breeze, so I don't think it's canceled.
The day before the result, they said it was canceled and told me to change it to January 2, the day I came home.
