A great and fascinating excursion
Robin, our tour guide, was fantastic. A native from Amsterdam, his knowledge of the history of the City, and in particular, the Red Light District, was invaluable and made the tour so interesting in terms of understanding the history and the nuances. We did the tour on a Saturday night at 8:00 PM, so the streets were very crowded and the district was in full swing. It was pretty intense and the crowds were large but Robin guided us through calmly and professionally. This tour triggers many feelings but it should be on the list of must-sees in Amsterdam. There are many historical elements unrelated to the Red Light as well. I particularly loved seeing where Rembrandt painted some of his greatest works. Highly recommended.

Terrific Tour
This was an excellent introduction to the Netherlands, but pretty tiring for the first day depending upon your arrival time. We arrived at 8 am after traveling for 20 hours and toured 2 hours later. We were very tired but enjoyed our tour and loved getting acclimated to Amsterdam. James gave a great introduction to the history of Amsterdam and tied many stories to the United States and Australia as our group of 5 had people from both countries. He gave us information in detail without being boring and connected history and present life. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

Andi was great as our guide. She was fun and bubbly and knew her stuff. The tour was engagaing and delicious. The stops were kind enough to enjoy the food, but quick enough so that you could keep moving to the next stop. Appreciated all the sights, tastes and smells!

Wonderful Experience and learning opportunity
After missing tickets to the Anne Frank museum this was the next best thing and turned out to be a real treat. Our guide - Craig - was fantastic he clearly enjoyed his job and was well prepared and walked us through Amstedam and showed us many significant locations from what was the worst of times in the city. Well worth the effort and if you are able to get tickets to the musuem as well then doing this before the museum visit would significantly enhance that experience.
