This was genuinely one of the best vacation experiences my girlfriend and I have ever had. Anna and Rita were absolutely amazing chefs and hosts, and there were plenty of laughs shared along the way. Our driver picked us up promptly and took us to the most beautiful location, with breathtaking views over Sorrento and the sea. We were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, which was the perfect start to the experience, and Anna and Rita made sure our glasses were never empty throughout the evening. The setting was incredible, with green grass, purple hydrangeas, sunflowers, olive trees, and a stunning air-conditioned space with floor-to-ceiling glass panels, so you could still take in the spectacular views while cooking. The kitchen itself was five-star, with everything you could possibly need. The dishes themselves were anything but basic, yet Anna and Rita made the whole process feel surprisingly simple and easy to follow. They made the entire experience so much fun and truly memorable. The evening concluded with one of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever shared, which was the perfect ending to an already unforgettable experience. I honestly couldn’t recommend this experience more. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself. You won’t regret it!

You MUST book in this activity! Wow wow wow, we can’t express how much we loved it. We made incredible gnocchi and tiramisu. Everything was made from scratch with ingredients sourced fresh from the farm. Our host, whose name I forget (my apologies) was the most wonderful young woman who took great pride in her family’s farm, and business. She was so funny and made our experience the best. She somehow managed to take photos on our phones as well as teaching a cooking class. It’s a more private class with 10 people. Not only did we learn to cook, we also got the pleasure of eating fresh salami, tomatoes, bread and mozzarella- again, produced from the farm. Along with fresh wine, sour cherry juice and water. It was a pleasure to meet this incredible family.

Emilie gives you a wonderful evening full of fun, laughter and stories. We had a wonderful evening learning to make ravioli and the lemon pasta was to die for. We had a wonderful afternoon taking this cooking class with Ferdinando. First, we have to note how accommodating Ferdinando was. Our flight had been cancelled and we were unable to make it on the day our class was originally scheduled. Ferdinando immediately offered for us to attend the class on the next day. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with wine and water. We then learned how to make mozzarella, tagliatelle, and tiramisu, before feasting on all this delicious food we’d personally prepared. It was an amazing experience.

Great time with great food

This is a very fun class at an authentic restaurant in the nearby hills of Sorrento. We learned a lot through hands-on pizza-making under Luigi's instruction. From cheese to dough to sauce, it was extremely fun and valuable. We even got to eat our creations (with a little bit of wine). The family has even decided to make pizza as our special holiday meal this year.

Excellent experience

My daughter took the class(age 18) and loved it. The chef was encouraging and enthusiastic! The only drawback was the class was 30 minutes from the meeting point and we were unaware of that, but overall it was a fantastic experience and enjoyable, You got to eat your pasta and tiramisu afterwards.

Not one negative to say! Mari provided an exceptional experience. My family & I shared the experience with a mother/daughter from the USA. It was great getting to know them. Mari’s set up offered breathtaking views & tranquility! She offered great tips in her cooking and provided us with an incredible meal! It was my daughter’s birthday the day before and Mari put candles in the cake we made and sung Happy Birthday to her. Great way to make us feel cared for! I’m pretty sure we were past our estimated time & Mari never made us feel rushed. She treated us like we were family visiting. Her property and class provided a much needed respite from our vacation travels. Her sister also hosts pottery classes at the property. I was fortunate enough to purchase a couple of pieces while there and they are a nice memento to remember our time together. Mari knows how to provide an exceptional and memorable class. This is a must do while visiting the Amalfi Coast. I feel as though that years from now we could go back to visit Mari and she would welcome us back like old family friends.

We got lost on our journey there and unfortunately showed up late and sweaty (our fault entirely as we took the wrong bus- the class was easy to find). Valentino was kind enough to have made our pasta dough and still allowed us to join the class despite our being 30 minutes late. The pasta was fantastic, the wine was delicious, and the class was so fun! Valentino even called a cab for us to get us back home at the end. What a wonderful experience. If you’re thinking about it, just book it!

This cooking class was truly one of the highlights of our honeymoon. It was the perfect mix of fun, learning, and fully immersing ourselves in Italian culture. Our instructor was hilarious, energetic, and so welcoming, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The whole class had amazing chemistry because everyone was having such a great time together. Not only was the experience unforgettable, but the food was honestly one of the best meals we had during our trip — and we visited four different cities throughout Italy. Everything was so well organized and easy from start to finish, including transportation to and from Sorrento. They picked us up and dropped us back off, which made the experience completely stress-free. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and worth every penny. We highly, highly recommend it
