A few moments spoiled a nice evening. We were under the impression that the class was small and in town. In reality there were maybe thirty other people and a bus took us 25 minutes to the actual location. The place was nice and the class itself was enjoyable. The moment that ruined the evening occurred in the last few moments when the host demanded another 10 euros to take us back to town. Imagine a cabbie demanding an additional fee halfway through a trip- that’s what happened. The guests were uniformly insulted with many describing the experience as feeling like extortion.

Chef Cristiano was very fun and knowledgeable. He gave good explanation and showed meaningful cooking techniques. He also had a lot of energy and enjoyed joking around with the members of our group. It was advertised to be in Sorrento, and it was, however, it turned out to be about a 30 minute bus ride to the location. Also, it was over $300 for the two of us and our lesson consisted of eating two pieces of eggplant, potato gnocchi, and tiramisu that we had prepared, so felt a little expensive proportionately. Trying to be funny, the Chef is very animated and touchy feely. Our group was all adults so not sure if he would tone that down a bit for a younger audience. There was a partial sea view, although it was very hot in June and we did not spend a lot of time outside, so that was incidental to what we were doing. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed the experience.

So much fun! Hands on cooking class in an authentic family setting overlooking the sea. Learned how to make tomato sauce, gnocchi, tiramisu and the best eggplant parm from scratch! It was a perfect activity for travelers of all ages!

Lots of fun! It was an enjoyable way to spend the evening. The chef guided the class through making the best eggplant parmesan I’ve ever had. I’m looking forward to recreating the dish when we get home.

Pretty great experience. Christiano (spelling) was fabulous. He’s part of the family that runs the farm where the cooking class takes place. You can tell his dedication and love for the area and the food. Only two “wishes” that were different was a notification of the drive to the class. From the pickup spot, it took us roughly 45 minutes to get to the class. Other than a €5 fee per person each way, there isn’t any notification of how far the drive is. This is mainly because of traffic, as the drive home was only 20 minutes. The other wish would be a smaller class. Our class was 30-35 people and felt as if it was as personalized as it could have been.

This cooking class was truly one of the highlights of our honeymoon. It was the perfect mix of fun, learning, and fully immersing ourselves in Italian culture. Our instructor was hilarious, energetic, and so welcoming, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The whole class had amazing chemistry because everyone was having such a great time together.
Not only was the experience unforgettable, but the food was honestly one of the best meals we had during our trip — and we visited four different cities throughout Italy. Everything was so well organized and easy from start to finish, including transportation to and from Sorrento. They picked us up and dropped us back off, which made the experience completely stress-free.
This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and worth every penny. We highly, highly recommend it

As clearly stated in the activity information, the group size can be up to 24 participants. The space where the experience takes place is very large and specifically organized to allow everyone to actively participate. There is also plenty of hands-on work involved throughout the session, ensuring that all guests have the opportunity to be directly engaged.
The actual number of participants may vary depending on the day and bookings. In any case, we always do our best to provide a well-organized, interactive, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

It was a great time and I'm so glad we decided to do this. It's very hands on so much so that you'll definitely try it again when you get home. I was really impressed because the food as absolutely delicious. All of it I cluding The limencello to celebrate afterwards.
The view was incredible, Ginger 😁 was fun and engaging. I would highly recommend doing this!
If you buy limencello to bring home on a plane, make sure that it's sealed. We purchased a medium size bottle so we're going to tape the cork down and wrap it in ziplock for the flight. We're also taping their business card to it just in case we have issues with customs. I'll update when we get home.

The pick up point wasn’t clear within the booking and the distance of the cooking class from the town also wasn’t clear. That’s more an agent issue than the company running the class

A must do!!!! Went with my husband & 2 sons (ages 11 & 14) & it was truly a highlight of the trip. Cristiano & Judy were a fabulous host! We made some great food & were able to enjoy it with wine & stunning views! Cristiano drove us past their family restaurant on the way to drop us off. We ended up going there for dinner & meet some more of the family. Amazing food, great wine. It was a perfect way to end our trip! Highly recommended!

We had a great time at this cooking class in Sorrento! Transportation, class, and experience were amazing. Cristiano picked us up and took us to his family's house, where we met others and were able to learn how to cook eggplant parmesan and gnocchi. This was our honeymoon and it was such a special start to our trip!
