This is a traditional dish made with fried eggplant, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, and Parmigiano cheese, all baked for 15 minutes!

Our most traditional fresh pasta, made with potatoes and flour. In the end, we will mix everything with the original tomato sauce and basil!

Meeting point will be at the big bus parking "Lauro”. Please stand close the "ATM MACHINE AND THE TOILETTE INSIDE THE BUS PARKING". The driver will collect you at the starting time but please show there at least 10 minutes before the starting time because the driver cannot wait for late arrivals.

Wonderful time with our entertaining and handsome chef! I learned how to make fabulous eggplant parmigiana and fresh tomato sauce. I am from Sarasota, FL where hopefully his chef will be doing another cooking class next year!!! I recommend the experience. It was memorable.

A must do!!!! Went with my husband & 2 sons (ages 11 & 14) & it was truly a highlight of the trip. Cristiano & Judy were a fabulous host! We made some great food & were able to enjoy it with wine & stunning views! Cristiano drove us past their family restaurant on the way to drop us off. We ended up going there for dinner & meet some more of the family. Amazing food, great wine. It was a perfect way to end our trip! Highly recommended!

We had a great time at this cooking class in Sorrento! Transportation, class, and experience were amazing. Cristiano picked us up and took us to his family's house, where we met others and were able to learn how to cook eggplant parmesan and gnocchi. This was our honeymoon and it was such a special start to our trip!

It’s a shame I have to write this because my friend and I were so excited about doing a cooking class when we were visiting Italy. I am sharing the following review on behalf of my friend as the experience was completely tarnished by our host/chef Cristiano.
From the drive to the house, and all through the lesson, I was inappropriately treated. From touching my body and face constantly, to making gross and sexual comments. Even grabbing my phone to add his personal Instagram to mine. It completely ruined my experience and I felt like I couldn’t relax the entire time, which was a shame because the other guests were lovely. Having this experience does not only ruin what we paid for, but also leaves a lingering emotional and mental result for me (and other women) that goes way beyond the class.

I would not attend this class again
the group was so much I did not feel that we had learned lot that we have have done
And plus the 10 dollar per person thing with cash was a plot twist for the bus
althought the the experience was overpriced
So I will not attend again

We had so much fun! We learned how to make Tiramisu, Gnocchi, and Eggplant Parmesan, and to never cook garlic and onion together 😊 . Lots of laughs, great wine, and limoncello. Beautiful views!

This was the perfect blend of a fun activity, great food, meeting new people and enjoying what could be likened to stand up comedy by chef Cristiano! Mama Teresa is delightful and energetic. The food was honestly one of the beast meals we have had in Italy made with fresh ingredients and great recipes.

This is not an intimate experience like it shows. You don’t do much of the cooking at all and it’s extremely fast paced. You cook as a group and you’re in teams. The instructor is extremely touchy and sexual with everybody. Save your money, $300 is a cash grab for this experience

Totally fun and entertaining experience! Christiano and mama Theresa were a great team, providing great knowledge, food and fun! Everyone in our class had a blast. The negative comments about host behavior seem to be out of context. They made it fun and humorous.

It’s about 30-60 minute drive outside of Sorrento depending on traffic (and take euros, the ride is 10 round trip). Plenty of food and the hosts were certainly entertaining!

The cooking experience was a great deal of fun, and the other guests were enjoyable to be with. I would give this tour 5 stars with the exception of the host’s behavior towards young women. It was a bit over-the-top, and I could tell the young ladies were uncomfortable. It’s a shame because otherwise it would’ve been an exceptional day.

From the moment Christiano picked our group up we were constantly entertained. His family kitchen overlooks the sea and the olive olive and lemon trees on their property. We made several dishes, drank plenty of wine and laughed a lot. Their limoncello was the best we’ve had!

Pick-up was good. The location was beautiful—an amazing view, and the facilities were clean. The recipes were good.
It was our honeymoon trip, so we didn't need our host/cooking instructor to be cheap, vulgar, and trashy. I am not an uptight person; I like to have fun. But having him pin down ladies to the table where we are cooking and stuffing whipped cream into their mouths, while making sexual comments, is NOT appropriate. This made our experience a bit sour. Also, I didn't appreciate being slapped in the ass by him with the wooden laddle. Again, NOT appropriate.
Also, I didn't like the idea of having everyone dip their fingers on the same coffee jar to make the tiramisu. I know we all washed our hands, but it's a bit gross.
I do NOT recommend this cooking class.

Chef Christiano and his mother created a wonderful experience for our family during for our last activity in Sorrento. The entire event was extremely interactive and well planned from start to finish. The experience was a great escape from the normal sightseeing activities you would experience on a typical vacation. One of the best parts was getting to meet other people from all over the world. This is a 5-Star experience and well worth every penny.

Overall very fun. Travel about 20min from Sorrento in a small AC van. Beautiful spot with a lively guide . The cooking lesson was just enough instruction combined with fun. Very much enjoyed the meal created.

This was such a fun experience! Cristiano was fun, funny, upbeat and engaging. Traveling solo - I didn’t feel out of place at all. The view from their family home is absolutely gorgeous. A highlight of my trip for sure! Highly recommend.
