Making pasta with Anna has been a highlight of our 8wk Europe vacation. Anna has taught us the tricks to making a delicious home-made pasta while enjoying great conversation and plenty of laughter in a family home environment. Nona Flora Pasta Class in Sorrento - one of the highlights of our trip

It was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Anna made us feel like family, she was so warm and inviting and patient. We had so much fun preparing the 3 different pastas, sauces and tiramisu. We enjoyed different wines while enjoying the meals we prepared. And with the tiramisu we enjoyed the different Italian liqueurs. We made new friends in the class. We got to take our Apron's home to remember this special day.

This is a must do if you are visiting Sorrento! Anna's energy was infectious from the very beginning, and it's clear she is passionate about Italian cooking. Anna not only showed us how to make 3 types of pasta, tiramisu, bruschetta and cocktails over the course of 5 hours, but she explained what she was doing and why at every step along the way. From cooking tips and tricks, to Italian culture and learning from her own nonna and mama, Anna was just so brilliant to learn from. We will take lots of the skills home with us, and will remember the day or a long time to come!

It was an incredible cooking class! I highly recommend it! Extremely well run and a class where you make everything from scratch. We made ravioli, spaghetti, rigatoni and tiramisu. The recipes all come from her grandmother and mother and she has a love for cooking, which is evident throughout the class. The kitchen and utensils are all clean and it is outstanding value for money. We were given delicious bruschetta, lots of wine, limoncello and whisky on top of all the dishes we prepared and ate. This is a cooking class not to be missed, but book early because it gets booked out early.

We had an amazing time as a family on this adventure in Sorrento! Anna was an amazing instructor! Her studio is beautiful and welcoming, and she has every detail covered. Anna was engaging and fun! We made outrageously delicious ravioli, with a light red sauce, fettuccini with a lemon pepper butter sauce and tiramisu. It was such a great time. I highly recommend this cooking class!!!

This was one of our favorite parts of our vacation! This class is an absolute must! My family loved every aspect of the class and especially our aprons. Anna makes you feel like you’re in her home just hanging out. Her recipes were some of the tastiest we had during our entire trip to Sorrento. She even played us our wedding song when she found it in her vinyl collection.

This was our favourite experience in Sorrento. Anna, the host, is incredibly welcoming. She is warm, friendly and very skilled. We learned how to make tiramisu, as well as fettuccine and ravioli, both with an amazing sauce, by hand. We loved hearing Anna's stories and tips for real Italian cooking. We shared our experience with a lovely couple from Canada. We made fantastic memories and definitely recommend this experience to everyone visiting Sorrento. Thank you Nonna Flora's kitchen!

When we travel we like to do food tours and things we don’t often do. We did our first pasta making class at Nonna Flora in Sorrento. It was one of the best experiences we have had. Anna did such an amazing job and the food we prepared was some of the best we’ve ever tasted. You can’t miss this experience if you happen to find yourself in Sorrento.

Outstanding experience! We learned so much and made several pasta dishes and different types of pasta. Class was hands on with guidance from chef Anna. The studio was bright and very clean. Anna was a delight! Really enjoyed the wine no and cocktails too. Don’t eat before you go to the class!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Italian Experience

Such a fun day learning how to make pasta, making several different kinds including ravioli. We made our own sauces for the pasta using all fresh ingredients. We started the class by making tiramisu from scratch, which was the best I have ever tasted. We enjoyed several courses of our own cooking along with wine and liqueurs with dessert. The instructor, Anna, was fabulous sharing her grandmother’s Italian recipes. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in learning some Italian cooking and having a great day with a small group.

What an amazing class! Anna and her partner Giuseppe provided such a truly amazing experience. We learned how to make several different kinds of pasta in the same way Anna did with her Nonna growing up and it was some of the best I have ever had. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! Anna was amazing from start to finish. This class was welcoming, fun, entertaining and geared towards all levels of learning and cooking. We had THE BEST time and our food was delicious!! Anna took her time and kept us full and laughing. If you are ever in Sorrento, YOU MUST take this class! The school also offers pizza making classes!!! You can’t go wrong.

This was the absolute highlight of our trip to Sorrento. Anna really went above and beyond to deliver a perfect experience for my fiancé and I; allowing for embarrassingly different levels of competency in the kitchen.
