Amazing Italian Cooking Experience
This experience far exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our trip. We were picked up right near the center of Sorrento and taken straight to the family’s beautiful home and farm overlooking the town. The views were amazing. There, we met our chef, Salvatore, and were greeted by many family members (and a few family pets.). We then went straight to work in the kitchen. Salvatore was an excellent teacher. He was patient and funny and a great conversationalist. The time flew by. We started with the tiramisu and then moved on to fettuccine & ravioli. We each took turns doing each step and really got a feel for how to prepare each item. Once we finished the prep, he did the cooking and we enjoyed our meal in their dining room with the best panoramic views. We did not feel rushed at all. Once we finished, we got a mini tour of the farm and met the family cow and even got a sneak peek of the original wine and oil presses.
We highly recommend this class and will definitely be back to learn more the next time we visit.

fantastic knowledgeable experience
The guys at this cooking school were honestly amazing, the driver was polite and WhatsApp me in the morning to remind me and confirm were he would pick us up from. When we arrived we were given some aprons and then the fist Lady explained how to make mozzarella and then made it, allowing us to try some with some of their fantastic olive oils, next was the pizza making which I was a little worried about not being the cook in our house, but everyone is helpful and friendly and keep a watching eye over so you can’t fail. After that you actually get to create your own pizza and watch them get fired, then the best bit, you get to eat with some wine, once you are finished you then get dropped back to the pick up point. All staff are knowledge and willing to get involved if needed I honestly couldn’t recommend this enough

Delightful!!
This was simply a 10 out of 10 experience. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to spend our time with Emilia and her family. We’ve done at least a dozen of these classes in regions all over Italy over the years. This was flawlessly executed, engaging, hands on, well paced & filled with history and love. It is a highlight of my 6 week trip. Do it. You’ll be delighted, too.

Rocco and Carla were...
Rocco and Carla were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience - so much so that they reached out the morning of our original planned day to give us the option to reschedule for the following day due to bad weather. We were so glad they did because it would have been a completely different experience. The food and wine were amazing. It felt like we were making dinner at home with long time friends. We would definitely recommend!

Great teacher, great experience, great food.
We had a lovely time learning how to make 3 delicious dishes with Antonino. The class was all run and the teacher was excellent in making it clear and ready to make. Amazingly it all tasted delicious. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Cooking class
Wonderful time with our entertaining and handsome chef! I learned how to make fabulous eggplant parmigiana and fresh tomato sauce. I am from Sarasota, FL where hopefully his chef will be doing another cooking class next year!!! I recommend the experience. It was memorable.

Great food and great fun!
This was an amazing experience! Anna and Claudia were the best teachers. We had all the fun of cooking and none of the hard work (preparing or cleaning). The food was delicious and the recipes were simple enough we could repeat them on our own. Also the view was amazing. Highly recommend, so glad I did this.

Lovely experience!
Absolutely wonderful cooking class experience! It was fun, simple and delicious. Everything we cooked we ate at the end and there was plenty to eat for everyone that was there. There was 5 of us total. Valentino, our host was fantastic and kind. It is in a beautiful location with a lovey cozy interior. After our experience, Valentino pointed us towards a gorgeous view overlooking the coast a short walk away. Great family or couple activity. Would recommend for a nice wholesome experience!

Great cooking class but know it is far from Positano.
It was a great experience! Ferdinando was a great host and made this experience fun! We also met some great people that were in our group of 12. I’ve always wanted to make pasta and Ferdinando made it simple. Something to note is the location is rather far from Positano where my wife and I were staying, about 1 hour and 15 - 30 minutes. We almost decided not to go but couldn’t get a refund as we didn’t try to cancel until we were inside of the 24 hours. Not anyone’s fault but ours. If you can take the bus it will only cost you 10 euros per person there and back. We took the ferry to Amalfi and missed the bus from Amalfi to Agerola that would get us there on time so we had to take a taxi that cost us 135 euros! We did take the bus back to Positano which requires a bus change in Amalfi. The bus is very packed and some people had to stand. I do recommend this class but know you are in for some travel up the mountain.

An Amalfi Must
We had such a great experience, and really loved every aspect of this adventure. Great team, friendly, funny and educational. The food was amazing and even as an experienced “home cook” still learned so much. Plus the dishes were amazing and the gardens are gorgeous. Amazing views too. One of the best things we did in our trip to Amalfi.

Was a really fun way to...
Was a really fun way to spend the evening! Cousin G treated us with a glass of wine and a tour of the garden. Then on to pizza making! We made everything from scratch; the dough, sauce and even the mozzarella! Learned a lot of new techniques and had delicious pizza! Highly recommend!
