This experience was so much fun. My partner and I loved it. You get to prepare all the food and enjoy what you have helped make. Would highly recommend this experience for anyone staying in or close to the Amalfi. Michael is also very funny and makes the experience that little bit more special!

Definitely off the beaten path but worth the trip. Ferdenando was a great host and teacher. Pasta, mozzarella, tiramisu and wine were all great. I would recommend 👍🏼
We were met with a warm hello and a glass of wine. The setting is out of this world, set high above the coast on an organic family farm with a restaurant. There was ample food and equipment for us to use. Each of us were able to mix, roll and cut the pasta form Ferdinando's recipe. Making the mozzarella was so easy and fun, made us want to make it at home. The tiramisu was simple and delicious.
All in all th recipes were simple and clean but had the best flavor and Ferdinando made it a wonderful experience.
I have had a few cooking classes but this was the first that I know I can make at home.
A definite book you will be glad.
Made pasta, mozzarella, and tiramisu! such a great experience, Ferdinando was such a great event host!
Ferdinando was great! He teaches a great class and is a lot of fun. Clearly enjoys what he does, which greatly enhances the experience!
Very funny and welcoming host. Not to mention the food was GREAT! Would definitely go back again and recommend to others
Lots of fun, lots of good, lots of laughs. A great ti.e special.y leaning laughing and enjoying everything we cooked..generous servings
We had a wonderful afternoon taking this cooking class with Ferdinando. First, we have to note how accommodating Ferdinando was. Our flight had been cancelled and we were unable to make it on the day our class was originally scheduled. Ferdinando immediately offered for us to attend the class on the next day. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with wine and water. We then learned how to make mozzarella, tagliatelle, and tiramisu, before feasting on all this delicious food we’d personally prepared. It was an amazing experience.
Super traditional Italian home with lots of love. When making the mozzarella, we tasted the sour cow milk cheese which upset our stomachs and made the rest of the day a lot less enjoyable. The host was very nice and the food was good! We made mozzarella, pasta and tiramisu. We came in with knowledge about the preparation of these things, so was just repetitive for us. We did see the difference in preparation of these of things compared to other parts of Italy.
It was fun and the food we made was delicious! The host Fernindano was great, he kept the class lively. I would recommend this cooking class.
Excellent welcoming from Ferdinando! We really enjoyed our class, everything is very well organized, clean, very good quality of ingredients, we really loved it and recommend to do if you can. We arrived 20 minutes earlier and also had the time to take a walk and enjoy the village of Agerolla. Thanks Ferdinando for everything!
We had an absolute blast at our cooking class. Ferdinand’s knowledge of the Italian history blended with his cooking style was amazing! Highly recommend if you have time!
A fun cooking class and delicious food! Ferdinando was a friendly and fun host! I would highly recommend to take this cooking class!
Confusing experience. Really wonderful people in the class, but the class itself doesn’t teach a lot. The recipes are “on Instagram” for if you want to use them later. Each person doesn’t get to do much in terms of making the food. It’s a long bus ride to get to the place from most locations and the bus does not operate frequently, so we ended up leaving the class and having to wait two hours for the bus. In most cooking classes, I walk away feeling like I could make the item myself. That was not the case here, but I did feel like I had a fun homemade meal with new friends from around the world.
It was a great experience! Ferdinando was a great host and made this experience fun! We also met some great people that were in our group of 12. I’ve always wanted to make pasta and Ferdinando made it simple. Something to note is the location is rather far from Positano where my wife and I were staying, about 1 hour and 15 - 30 minutes. We almost decided not to go but couldn’t get a refund as we didn’t try to cancel until we were inside of the 24 hours. Not anyone’s fault but ours. If you can take the bus it will only cost you 10 euros per person there and back. We took the ferry to Amalfi and missed the bus from Amalfi to Agerola that would get us there on time so we had to take a taxi that cost us 135 euros! We did take the bus back to Positano which requires a bus change in Amalfi. The bus is very packed and some people had to stand. I do recommend this class but know you are in for some travel up the mountain.
Fun class, wonderful chef and staff, delicious food, beautiful setting, great conversations with new friends. A little confusing to find but I think that’s just the area in general. Would definitely recommend.
We traveled mainly because it was my 10 year old who wants to be a chef and wanted to learn to make pasta from scratch in Italy 🇮🇹, specifically Amalfi Coast. That was her request and we honored by this amazing cooking class with Fernando and his nephew Micheal.
We loved their home, very relaxing and clean. We had wine, learned to make tiramisu and Lexington learned pasta making from scratch. The food tasted really good and the mozzarella, the best we've ever had.
We'll highly recommend them especially when traveling with family
Perfect activity with my wife. Fernando was amazing and the food was so fresh. Would recommend to anyone!

This experience is not in Positano although it appears in a search for “Positano cooking class.” It’s a little over an hour away. When I realized the distance the owner stopped communicating & refused a refund. My son & I were looking forward to this activity but it didn’t happen.
It was wonderful and Fun experience ! The chefs were great! Fernando has an excellent staff-Michael made making noodles & Tiitamisu a blast-and Fernando’s Mozzarello making class was hilarious! Would definitely come back again & highly recommend His cooking class is a must!
Wonderful time learning about techniques and cooking tips making pasta, mozzarella and tiramisu. Ferdinando was fabulous!!
Very fun experience. I ended up missing the bus stop via the SITA bus and ended up all the way in Almafi. I messaged the tour operator, and Fernando was able to coordinate and reschedule for the 3pm class which was perfect. We made pasta, fresh mozzarella and even tiramisu (which some of us snacked on the lady fingers with the whipped cream). If you’re staying on Agerola (Almafi coast) definitely book this class! Solo friendly and don’t forget to tell the bus driver to stop!
This was the highlight of our trip! Amazing cooking class. Food was amazing! Very friendly and king people! We would highly recommended.
Great experience..ferdinando is amazing . The location is perfect, felt like classic Italy. The other host were very friendly.
This was a wonderful experience for our family. Ferdinand and his family were so welcoming and the place is absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing and authentic and the setting couldn't have been better. I would recommend this highly.!!
Ferdinando was so friendly and welcoming. He had us make delicious food with simple and fresh ingredients all from his farm. It was an intimate class and he told fun stories about each food item. Highly recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Italian cooking class!
It was fabulous! The hospitality and kindness of chefs. A ton of fun and laughter. Hands on experience and was absolutely yummy.
A fabulous time.
Well what an incredible experience! This beautiful host made our time SO fun. Turns out we can make amazing pasta. You can do cooking classes anywhere, but in the hills of Amalfi on his farm was a whole new level. ❤️
Fernando was great! The class was awesome, tasty, and the views were amazing! Highly recommend this fun time!
We arrived after taking a beautiful ride up the mountains and I must say, IT WAS HEAVEN! Ferdinando and his family were so welcoming and fun. The cooking was very hands on and we all could not stop saying how amazing this experience was. We made pasta, fresh mozzarella and tiramisu. They served us wine and a few fresh starters from the garden. Do not think twice about booking this, you will not regret it!
The property is surrounded by rolling hills, gardens and animals. Did I mention the views on the ride up? SPECTACULAR! My family will never forget this experience, worth every penny and more!
