A fantastic food making experience. Making your pasta, cheese and dessert is an unforgettable experience. Valentino was very informative about the entire process for cheese making and he's a great host overall. Wonderful sense of humor and you can tell he enjoys what he does. I do recommend you check out the transportation situation in advance. The food was delicious and very satisfying. We were surprised at how much food there was and he even shared his homemade wine.

Absolutely wonderful cooking class experience! It was fun, simple and delicious. Everything we cooked we ate at the end and there was plenty to eat for everyone that was there. There was 5 of us total. Valentino, our host was fantastic and kind. It is in a beautiful location with a lovey cozy interior. After our experience, Valentino pointed us towards a gorgeous view overlooking the coast a short walk away. Great family or couple activity. Would recommend for a nice wholesome experience!

People were great, food was tasty, lots of fun for us. We would be taught how to do something and then repeat after so it was interactive for everyone. After we cooked and ate our food the instructor- Valentino- showed us a beautiful sight of the whole amalfi coast and that was a breathtaking bonus. I highly suggest this activity but make sure to give yourself more than enough time to get there.

Amazing experience! Valentino hosted us for the cooking class, and we got to get our hands on every dish we ate. We did mozzarella for a caprese salad, we made our own pasta, and tiramisu! Would definitely recommend to friends!

This cooking experience was a fun and interactive way to learn traditional Italian recipes while enjoying the beautiful Amalfi Coast. The hands-on lessons in making fresh pasta, mozzarella, and tiramisu were well-organized, and the atmosphere was lively. However, some parts of the experience felt a bit dry, and while it was enjoyable, it didn’t quite reach the “amazing” level I had hoped for. Overall, it’s a great activity for food lovers looking for an authentic culinary experience, but it could use a little more engagement to make it truly unforgettable.

This was a great family afternoon with a very patient instructor. We even got photos of the boys laughing and smiling during the class!!! A huge feat by our host! My husband, two teenage sons and I really enjoyed this activity. Who would have thought we'd be able to make these things ourselves?!? Sitting down at the end of the class to enjoy our mozzarella and pasta (which had been made into a tasty entree and main for us) in such a relaxed environment made for a great day. The tiramisu was really good too... Especially for three of us that don't even like coffee! Thanks for a great afternoon!
