Buyer Beware … Don’t Book This Event … Total Scam!

I booked this over a month ago and paid in full. I received the confirmation and ticket with event time of 10:00 - 19:00. I wrote to Viator for separate times asking for the exact time of the event. I received the same email with the same starting times. At 14.30 on November 4, I arrived at the location listed on the ticket. I took a photo of the house and it is the same house as shown on the directions. I rang the doorbell four times and no answer. I tried to call the phone number listed on the instructions and the call couldn’t be completed. I waited outside for 1/2 hour and no one showed up so I left. This is a total scam and I want a full refund. No communication from this provider or Viator. Buyer beware! Very sad to have to write a bad review but this was something I was really looking forward to seeing and photographing.
