This experience did not take place. Moreover, there was no advance communication via email, etc. We showed up to the location to a "Do Not Enter" sign. I have requested a full refund. I gave this a 1 star as that is the minimum option. Worst experience of our entire trip to Japan, when it should have been one of the highlights!
