What a special and authentic experience!

What an amazing experience! A little hard to find the location since it’s in the middle of a constantly busy fish market, so make sure to show up with plenty of time! We ended up being the only ones at the class so my family got a private, personalised experience. Since it was our chef’s final class before the New Year, he brought some special ingredients, fresh from the markets that morning. He made sure they were kept fresh and taught us the best ways to keep contamination to a minimum. Everything was delicious, and my family was very happy with the whole experience, thank you!!
