    Patricia was great, very knowledgeable and so kind. We booked this for my daughter, and Patricia was very attentive to her. My daughter said that this experience was the best part of our trip to Tokyo! Also, great communication with the company. We didn’t go to the A-PIT Super Autobacs, Tatsumi No.1 Parking Area or Shibuya crossing, so if you want to do that, I would check in advance.

I sincerely apologize for not stopping at A-PIT Super Autobacs this time. We actually run another similar tour where we don’t go there, and since we just launched this new one on Viator, it was honestly an oversight on our part. For Tatsumi, sometimes the parking area is unexpectedly closed, which can happen in the evenings. We really appreciate your understanding and your helpful feedback — it helps us improve!
