Overview

i am a 53, non-athletic and had a great time Canyoning with Canyons- The activities were fun and challenging but the guides made sure we all made it! I would recommend this for anyone adventurous enough to want to try it!

This was honestly one of the best experiences! My partner and I were in Japan and wanted to escape with city on Tokyo to get into the nature and see the Japan country side. We were more than impressed! The train ride was a relatively short distance from the city, just over an hour and a bit. We were met at the train station by the Canyons team and taken out to the most beautiful alpine mountain range. We were ran through the trip - a mix of canyoning included hiking, abseiling, water sliding down waterfalls and zip lining. We chose the advanced course despite not having much experience in this area. The guys were really great showing us the ropes and adjusting the course to make us feel completely safe and comfortable. Phil - our main tour guide helped us through the course and was really encouraging throughout. The scenery was spectacular, untouched and we were able to see a part of Japan in its complete natural state, untouched and beautiful. We loved the fitness challenge and it was very adventurous. Highly recommend if you are adventurous and want to have an authentic outdoors experience in Japan! Also well priced! 10/10!!!
