I thought the meet up was great. I gave 3 stars because the label luxury is not accurate. This is a ride to the car meet up. We had to take an uber to the location which is fine except we could have just taken a car service to the meet up and saved a step. The driver was nice and kind and we felt very safe and comfortable.
We had a lovely time seeing the nice cars. Nice car ride to the lot and the driver was very knowledgeable.
This is essentially a shared minivan ride to the Daikoku car meet, which is otherwise hard to access through public transit. Our family of four shared with another couple. Our driver was late so we ended up having only 45 minutes at the meet, which is the same amount of time it takes to drive there, but my teens still enjoyed it. We went on a Wednesday night and it was an okay turn out of cars. There are bathrooms, convenient stores—it’s the nicest rest stop we’ve ever been to! The organizer was friendly and had the coolest cars in attendance. It’s not a tour but more of an Uber experience.

This was one of our most favorite experiences in Japan. No BS, no hidden advertisements or sales pitches to stop anywhere else for anything else. We just wanted a ride to Daikoku PA and back on a Sunday morning. It was reasonably priced, and we had plenty of time to look at all of the cool cars parked at Daikoku. Since it was only my husband and myself scheduled for the Sunday morning ride, Jeremy (our drive/guide) offered to drive us in his GT86. We even drove down Ginko Ave where we saw tons of Porsches and luxury cars meeting up, presumably to drive together to Daikoku or other meet us spots. Seems like a lot of tourists want to go to Daikoku on Friday/Saturday nights. If you're going for the cars, skip this madness and go on a Sunday morning with Jeremy or his wife.
Free upgrade to an R35 GTR at no extra cost. Was able to arrange for a pickup point close to our hotel as it was on the way to Daikoku for no extra charge as well. The driver was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about Japanese car culture. Once we arrived, we were blown away by the amount of cars there, around 200 on a Wednesday night that was sprinkling rain. Even the owners were happy to talk to us about their cars. You’ve done it again Japan. Love it.
Totally worth the experience. My driver has a lot of knowledge about Tokyo and the transit systems. Including how they highways are maintained. We talked the entire time in the car which was great because he explained how driving is in Tokyo and the ins and outs of it.
Once you get to the parking lot there are cars of all kinds there. This was on a Tuesday and it was rather busy.

I had a great time. The tour guide was nice and very knowledgeable about cars. Out of all the Daikoku tours out there, this one is probably one of the most reasonable ones as far cost. I would recommend to anyone trying to book this type of experience while traveling in Japan.

This was a wonderful tour. The tour guide was amazing and was very informative. It was easy to find the meet up point and Daikoku was not a disappointment. It rained on the friday night but that did not stop any of the cars from showing up. It was a wonderful atmosphere and we would do it again. My 13 yr old daughter and 15 yr old son can't stop talking about their experience. Thank you for this memorable experience.
A special thank you to Jeremy and his wife for the fantastic trip. I arrived 15 minutes early and found Jeremy in the garage, really nice chap - didn’t have to but spoke with me about cars for 20 minutes before the trip. Through no fault of his own the rest of the group were 10 minutes late, this wound me up initially but the trip was brought back to 5 stars by Jeremy allowing us to stay a little longer.
It was good even on a rainy Monday night, plenty of Honda, skylines, S chassis, old Toyota the weird and wonderful.

Was my second time going to Daikoku PA. This time round I picked this tour instead. Daikoku PA never fails to amaze me. The number of cars that showed up tonight was unbelievable. You will always get a different sets of cars every time you come to Daikoku PA. I would definitely recommend it to someone who likes cars and wanting to experience the car culture in Japan

Honestly such a good experience if you’re into cars. We went on a Sunday morning and it was 10/10, so many different but amazing cars on display. The organiser is also a super nice guy and he doesn’t charge ridiculous rates to go there like all of the other tour guides. Definitely recommend.

It was exactly what I wanted and expected. Jeremy is a cool dude, could see me becoming friends if we would meet more often.
His garage is easy to find and we took off at about 8:05 pm. I was really lucky that day. Normally I booked the van ride but since there was only one other guest with me, we drove his tuned Toyota instead of the van. I was so surprised and super thankful.
At the parking spot we had over 1 hour to experience all the cars which was plenty enough in my opinion. Even though it was Tuesday we still had a good amount of good cars.
We were back at 10:50 pm which was also perfect cause I was able to catch the last train back to my Homestay. Defiantly need to keep that in mind in Japan. There are no trains past midnight for some time.
So I can recommend this guide for sure. Willing to book it again so you really don’t need to worry about the few bad reviews here like I did.
The guy who drove us to and from the car meet was really lovely, gave us lots of info and made it a really enjoyable ride. However, when I booked this trip I was under the impression we would be taken in a gt86, which we were not. The meeting spot was at a garage with a gt86 where we spoke to the owner, but then when it was time to go we got shuffled into a van? When i first booked it said luxury car ride to daikoku car meet, then when i checked the booking again it said amended and said “luxury van ride”. The whole situation was a bit weird, we only had an hour there so if your a big car enthusiast definitely not enough time, but enough time for us. It was a good experience but a bit steep for $100, considering we were with 5 other people. So $600 for a transfer basically? Car meet was fun tho!

I do have some cool cars and some where even avaiable on your night but as you booked the VAN tour it is hard to change it on the fly. I have taken your comments in to consideration and changed the details to be more precise for the future.
The tour wasn’t great but it also isn’t bad. I appreciate the transportation van that takes us to and from the location since taxi drivers and other forms of public transportation systems aren’t allowed to travel there, however, we only had an hour to explore. Thank goodness it was raining, therefore, there wasn’t a good turnout of cars and not much to look at, but what if there were many cars and much to see and still only given an hour? I don’t think that would be enough time. However, I will say, this tour is still the cheapest priced for going to Daikoku, therefore, I would recommend it only for that reason alone.
It's just a means of transport to Daikoku. On the day we went there were hardly any cars. Super frustrating

Thanks for your honest review. You are right. Some days there are 50 cars, some days 250. It depends on the day and the weather.
Was fortunate to have good weather! We had a party of 4 and were taken in a van with another couple. Once there were were given an hour to sightsee on our own. At least 40-50 nice cars were already there with cars rolling in almost non-stop. Ferrari, Lambo, BMWs and a 70s Barracuda was noteworthy imports. Tons of nice modded Japanese cars. Must of seen at least half a dozen GTRs and the same amount of Silvias. The owner of the tour has a pretty nice car too!
What a waste of money, and why it was more expensive to go at 3pm rather than any other time is beyond me. It was the only time I could take.
I read it as we would be taken in a fancy Toyota 86, we were shuffeled into a mini van and taken to a car park. That was it!
We had so much trouble finding the place, it was stressful and when I asked if we could be dropped to a different train station to make it a little easier I got a flat out no. There was no communication really other than that. I would give 0 stars if I could. I had read so many great reviews I was really looking forward to taking my 16 year old son, something that was just for him on our trip. he was disappointed. I felt ripped off!

It is a transportation service- 6 passengers comfy van that takes you to Daikoku car meet- all you need anyway.
There, depending on the ride, you get about an hour to walk around the meet spot.
Easy walk from either Akebonobadhi or yotsuya sachome subway station- less than 10 minutes
Next to a cute street with lots of small eateries
Google map made it easy to find- the garage doors were open and cars were visible from the street.
I felt comfortable enough to let my 19 and 21 years old go by themselves
They had a great time.
This vendor is not responsible for the car meet and weather! You never know who will show up but it is busy even on week days.
I wasn't aware, that the parking area was so far away from the meeting place. Yes, the owner and drive were nice, but driving 45 minutes to get there, only one hour to be at the parking lot, and then 30 minutes back, was disappointing. When we arrived, there were barely any cars, when it was finally busy, and we wanted to look at the cars, we had to leave.
I got this tour to see the cars, not another sightseeing tour thru Tokyo, all together it was only 2.5 hours, not 3 hours.
The organizer was very friendly and helpful. For the price, we got everything we expected. It would have been great to stay a bit longer at the location, but that's just nitpicking at a high level.
