I made the reservation the same day of the tour. It was approved by viator and the operator. The tour didn’t state the specific time of the tour. I reached out multiple times to the tour operator to inquire about the pick up time and I never received any reply. The tour operator was a no-show. Sadly I spent half the day (my one of two days in Tokyo) waiting to hear back about the departure time only to not get any tour at all. I do not know what happened. Even viator was not able to make contact with the operator.
