Bought tickets labeled noon-4pm. Did not receive tickets until late the day before and they were actually a 30 minute timed entry at 3:30, so ended up buying tickets on my own for noon (which is when we had planned to go). TeamLabs is an absolutely fantastic experience but it’s far from the city and much better to buy tickets directly from the venue.
